Developmental specifics of individuals with Angelman and Prader - Willi syndrome as the basis for special educator's work The thesis deals in a complex way with the issue of two rare syndromes - Angelman and Prader- Willi syndrome. It describes the manifestations and genetic background, outlines the options for special education and rehabilitation interventions as well as selected medical and regime measures. The thesis informs about the category of rare diseases and also mentions the strategies for approach to these diseases used in the Czech Republic. It also comprises a list of organizations in the Czech Republic that deal with the Angelman and Prader - Willi syndrome and which associate parents and others interested in this topic. The end, the thesis comprises casuistry of two individuals, characteristic syndrome bearers, and conclusions of a questionnaire survey among parents. Surveys through questionnaires illustrate the specific characteristics of inidividuals that have been used to define areas of support. The goal of the thesis was to describe the possibilities for pedagogic and other interdisciplinary interventions, map the situation in the Czech Republic, and to provide more information about this issue to anyone interested.

Approaches to quantification of occult deposition of sulphur and nitrogen from fog and rime

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize available approaches for quantification of occult deposition of sulphur and nitrogen from fog and rime. Atmospheric deposition is a complex of processes by which pollutants are transferred from the air to the earth's surface and therefore it contributes to the atmosphere's self-cleaning. At the same time it represents an input of these pollutants to other components of the environment. Atmospheric deposition consists of dry deposition, which occurs in the absence of precipitation, and wet deposition, which occurs during precipitation. Wet deposition further consists of a vertical component (rain, snow, hail) and an occult component (fog, rime, hoarfrost). The common approach to quantifying total deposition nowadays is simply combining dry plus vertical wet deposition. But when applying this approach and neglecting occult deposition we are likely to substantially underestimate the true total deposition (e.g. Hůnová et al., 2011). This means we don't know the actual amount of pollutants transferred to the environment. The importance of occult deposition rises with increasing altitude (Lange et al., 2003). This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the problems of the organization culture. You will find there the fundamental demarcation of the organization culture from the assorted authors and the most important theoretic definitions. It analyzes the organization culture in the company KAMPOS, s. r. o. I used the interview for the research on the current organization culture. The conclusion of this thesis contains the summary of the problematic sections and the proposal of the possible improvements or innovations.

Company Performance Assessment According to Model Start Plus

This master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the company´s performance. The first part consists of theoretical concepts such as a quality and performance. It is also focused on the evaluation and measuring instruments of the performance. In the analytical part the company is presented and also its key competitors. The complex analysis of the company is carried out by means of evaluation, multiple criteria-based on the model of the Quality Council of the Czech Republic, model Start Plus. There are also scored various criteria of the model, there are determined strengths and areas for improvement and on the basis there are described suggestions for the improvement.

The diploma thesis deals with "Nyklíček a spol. s.r.o." company performance assessment. The company is analyzed on the basis of multi-criteria model which is used for management approaches´ assessment, specifically by means of model START PLUS. After that, the point assessment of this model was made, the strengths and the areas for improvement were identified and the specific steps were suggested. The implementation of these steps should contribute to an improvement in the company performance.

Attitudes of Social Workers to Lifelong Learning

Lifelong education represents an important theme much discussed by the today's society, which was one of the reasons for choosing the topic of the diploma thesis. The present diploma thesis titled "Approaches of social workers to lifelong education" is divided into two parts: the theoretical part provides a summary of the existing knowledge contained in various literatures related both to lifelong education and education in general. The other, research part concentrates on the objective of the research, the methodology applied, characteristics of the research group, processing and evaluation of data and discussion. The theoretical part is engaged in defining the term of lifelong education, legislation in education, the development of lifelong education. Furthermore, it explores key documents associated with the analysed areas of lifelong education, structural funds and Community programmes, human potential, human resources and human capital. The theoretical part consists of a chapter dealing with the system of initial education, involving formal, non-formal and informal education and further education. The following section of the theoretical part focuses on social workers, who, in compliance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended, are obligated to pursue further education in order to improve, complement and refresh their qualification. The other section of the theoretical part is concerned with prerequisites for performing the profession of social workers, their further education, accreditation of educational facilities and programmes. The objective of this diploma thesis is outlined in the research part: Determination of approaches of social workers in the South Bohemian Region to the set-up of education in social work. In connection with the objective of the thesis, the following hypothesis was stipulated:The approach of social workers is more positive as to lifelong education directed at practice than theoretical education. To confirm the above hypothesis, a zero hypothesis was established, assuming that, within the final basic group of social workers in the South Bohemian Region, 75% of social workers has a more positive approach to practice-directed education and 25% of social workers has a more positive approach to theoretical education. The research part, in the framework of this diploma thesis, was effected in form of a quantitative research. The required data were derived by the method of interrogation, a questionnaire technique. The prepared questionnaire consisted of 27 questions in total. Closed, semi-closed and open questions were used. The questionnaire was sent by electronic mail to email addresses of facilities and their individual employees. The research group consisted of social workers employed in social services in the South Bohemian Region. The resulting data were assessed and processed by means of contingent tables and graphs in Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Values gained by the research were processed statistically. To verify the hypotheses regarding the structure of the basic research according to one or more indices, Pearson's Chi-Square Test of goodness of fit at the significance level alpha = 0.05 was applied. The research performed within the diploma thesis, supported by the survey based on questionnaires, anwers of the respondents as such and, last but not least, statistical calculations, confirmed the hypothesis that contemplated a more positive approach of social workers to lifelong education aimed at practice. Social workers in the South Bohemian Region taken into consideration, the results of the diploma thesis unquestionably demonstate that social workers prefer practice-directed education. Having assessed all questions in the questionnaire, the author determined the attitudes of social workers as to the set-up of lifelong education in social work and believes that the standpoint of the majority of respondents of lifelong learning is highly positive.

Approach of the sedondary school students to the Physical Training in the district of České Budějovice

By using indirect method of analyzing standard questionnaire, we can assess the approach of the students to the Physical Training. The DIPO-J questionnaire was used at secondary schools in disctrict of České Budějovice. The questionnaire consists of sixty questions dividend into six dimensions according to the approaches. A particular numer of points is assigned to each reply. Then we can compare the results among the surveyed schools according to the sex and also these results can be compared to the previous thesis on the same theme. The questionnaire is focused on students` approach to the Physical Training as a required subject at secondary shools. These approaches reflect the Physical Training teachers as a object and subject of the education process. We can view from the obtained results the current situation of the Physical Training education and we can consider if there is need to change it.

V teoretické části diplomové práce jsem se zabývala rizikovými faktory, které mohou přecházet v poruchy chování u dětí v období školní docházky. Dále jsem zpracovala metodiku, která je s touto problematikou spjatá a uvedla možnosti přístupů, které lze v preventivních aktivitách využít. Nejedná se pouze o aktivity směřující k dětem a mládeži, ale i o přístupy směrem k pedagogům, rodičům a široké veřejnosti. Snažila jsem se vždy zdůraznit to, co je pro školní prostředí nejúčinnější. Nechybí ani názorné příklady.

The aim of the contribution is to present the innovation issue in space and time perspectives. Authors draw attention to topics that are currently discussed within the research of innovation. Firstly the contribution briefly covers the terminology which is followed by the bibliographic search concerning the innovation issue in space and time perspectives. Further part introduces some historical approaches to innovation issue and the final part depicts those topics that authors would like to deal with in their further studies.
