Determination of competing position of the company Esonic a.s. in relation to its main competitors

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to set up competing position of the company Esonic a.s. in relation to its main competitors by the means of financial analyses. The field of corporation business is industrial automation, taking place mostly in food processing industry. With respect to low competition of the three most significant corporations, which I am going to analyze, this publication should be able to tell about the entire field. The main competitors, which will be compared to the company Esonic, a.s., are Sidat, spol. s.r.o. and ProjectSoft, spol. s.r.o. At the conclusion, I will determine the financial situation of the company Esonic a.s. and provide information about it's competing situation in this business field.

Spatial survey of liquidity of european companies

The content of this thesis is a spatial survey of liquidity through indexes like current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio and working capital / assets. Result of this survey is that the most liquid companies are in Ireland, Germany and Finland. Companies with the lowest value of indexes are in Cyprus, Latvia and Italy. When comparing the industry I found that the most liquid sectors are DL Manufacture of electrical and optical equipment, CA Mining and quarrying of energy producing materials and CB Mining and quarrying, except of energy producing materials. On the other hand the lowest liquidity was measured in sector DA Manufacture of food products, beverages and Tobago, DD Manufacture of wood and wood products and DF Manufacture of coke, refined petroleum products and nuclear fuel. Czech companies have reached in this investigation very good results and place the fifth place.

Analysis of financial management of Czech industrial firms from 2002 to 2006.

The aim of this thesis is to execute a financial analysis of the Czech industry from 2002 to 2006. The fundamental categories of indicators were analysed - profitability, activity, cost, debt and liqudity ratios. The analysis wasnt executed only for the whole industry but for its branches divided by NACE classification. The outcome of my research is a statement that all fundamental categories of indicators developed positively. The most obvious positive development can be observed at return on assets which was caused by shortening of assets turnover and increasing of return on revenues. Furthermore, the improvement of debt and liquidity ratios of Czech industrial firms indicates that during the analysed time period the financial stability was increased.

The aim of Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Abner, a. s. during the period of 2005-2008. From the position of an external user I evaluate financial position of the company. The thesis is divided into two individual parts. In the theoretical part are introduced theoretical bases for financial analysis. In the application part I closely look at calculation of particular indexes which I use for the evaluation of the financial situation in analyzed company.

Financial analysis of Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth JSC

The financial situation and financial economy are to be controlled by a whole complex of indicators and their values looked on in the time progress and context so that the evaluation outcome may reflect the whole economic state of the company and enable to point out causes of the actual situation. If the firm shall be economically flourishing, the financial analysis has to be a part of the complex of the company's financial management because it provides a feedback between the expected effect of managing decisions and experience. The elaborated analysis is focussed on detection of weak and strong points of the firm. The goal of my diploma thesis was to elaborate a financial analysis containing my theoretical experience. Despite of the fact that the financial analysis does not bring a complete answer to all questions the company have been asking themselves, it is a great constribution to the evaluation of the past development, detection of problematical areas and prediction of the future development.

The solidity of company in conditions of the financial crisis

My thesis aplies to carrying out the analysis. This is about the solidity of company Linea Nivnice Inc. in the years 2004-2008 in conditions of the financial crisis which has actually impacted the world. As the result I have found out that solidity of this firm is very low during the period I have explored. But during last two years we could see a positive trend which is evidence of that the financial crisis have not fully impacted this company yet.

The financial analysis of Allianz Insurance Company, Inc.

The subject of the diploma thesis is financial analysis of a selected commercial insurance company from the year 2004 to 2008. The analysis is performed on the basis of publicly available data from the insurance company's web site. The chapter following the introduction is focused on theoretical aspects of financial analysis of an insurance company. The methods of financial analysis, especially the indicators used in insurance industry are introduced in the third charter. The fourth chapter is operative, in which the analysis is realized by means of selected indices, described in the theoretical part. The conlusion sums up the results and finding of the thesis.
