Family House in Zadní Arnoštov

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of family home in Zadní Arnoštov in the Svitavy district. The three-storeyed building with basement is situated on a predominantly level land in a residential area of family homes and is designed for a four to six member family. The load bearing structures are made of a transverse wall system. Walls and ceilings are built using the Wienerberger Porotherm system. The roof structure creates two flat roofs. The family home comprises five rooms. An integral part of the project is a two-car garage.

The topic of this thesis is to design the new building of the house. The aim is to develop project documentation for building construction. The work includes studies, drawing and text. The new building is intanded for permanent housing four member family. The building is designed as a one-story house with partial basement. It is covered with a gable roof of wooden rafters, without the use of attic space. Part of the house is a garage for two cars. The house is made of brick blocks Porotherm, plan dimensions of the building are 27.5 x 10, 88 m. House is located on the still undeveloped land on gently sloping terrain.

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a low energy detached house in Frýdek-Místek. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 528/46 in Místek area. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 10,65x9,4m. The roof of the building is designed flat roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm and Tritreg. The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.

The subject of this thesis is an apartment house villa type. This house is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofed building is a combination of flat roofs and truss. The house is in its conception conceived as a single-storey with different heights of dwellings, replicating outdoor terrain, only part of the plan is a two-storey building. The building is composed of four separate apartments, each with its own main entrance and access to the garden.

My bachelor´s thesis deals with a development of a project documentation for a family house. The subject is realised on building site in locality of Dolní Bojanovice in Hodonín district. The scheme of the project displays a detached family house made of bricks, which could be inhabited by 5 people at most, with cellar and garage for one car. The building, depicted in my thesis, has two floors above ground, one of them is residental loft. The house will be built from Wienerberger Porotherm thermal clay blocks, with roof made of truss.

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is the design and project documentation for a residential house. It is designed as a single-family detached, three-story house with a partial basement and a developed attic. The foundation system of the house is supported by MONOLITHIC foundation grade-beams. The support system of the partial basement is designed with the use of concrete blocks. The wall system of the rest of the stories uses the POROTHERM masonry system. Ceiling structures are comprised of POROTHERM ceramic-concrete members with MIAKO brick inserts. The designed proposes a two-layer ventilated flat roof. The building is situated on a level ground.

This thesis deals with the processing of project documentation od a family house with an estabilishment in Vsetín. Project and attachments are processed according to current laws, regulations, goverment regulations and standarts. The building is situated on a plot 12963, cadastral Vsetín. Building the object is situated in the territory designated for the construction of individual building. The building is two stores basement of the larger size of 10,15x12,6 m. The building will be covered with a gable roof. The supporting system is designed from the system Porotherm.

The proposed building is newly built single-family house with an establishment. This is a small nursery school for a maximum of 16 students. House is located to the north of the main entrance. Floor plan has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 11.75 x 21.75. House roof is hipped roof with a slope of 24o. The supporting structure is made up of wooden roof trusses with a roof in the form of clay tiles Tondach company in the black. Face paint made by Den Braven was elected in yellow and white color. The windows are wood throughout the building, a specific type of wood is spruce. Entrance doors are also wooden spruce. Base is not granted and the entire height of the building is only plaster Den Braven. Gutters are made of galvanized sheet steel with white finish. Part of the house is eroded down the slope. The ceiling is the height level around the perimeter profiled polystyrene, continuing impression overhang ceiling. In the section for housing enters the sloping pavement via a covered terrace. From the entrance hall a door leads into the hallway and into the kitchen to the living room. From it also door leads into the hallway, which is the main communication space in the rooms, bathrooms and storage. The bedroom has a walk-in closet added. The main entrance to kindergarten is from the west. The terrain in this part of the reason for the use of persons with reduced mobility planar. Upon entering the hall through the closet kids get into the common room designed for gaming. From the common room is access to the terrace with pergola, storage sleeping needs, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and warehousing services. For personnel who are simultaneously resident and residential part of the building is available, room for changing, storing documents and the like. and also has a bathroom.
