HISTORICAL PROFILE OF FISH FARMING IN THE MIDDLE ELBE REGION

The bachelor thesis deals with the historical development of the great past of fish farming in the Middle Elbe region, also to highlight this region and remind its important unique ponds and water building. It is mapped continued development in the Middle Elbe region, to be more specifically the territory former chamber estate Poděbrady, domains: Chlumec, Dymokury, Lysá and royal estate Nymburk. It is written down the rise of fish farming and also subsequent decline with considering to the current statement. The information was analyzed and on the representative examples were shown comparison of the original and existing ponds and their hectare area within the monitored area.

Ichtyofauna of selected streams of Bohemian Forest

Presented work is directed to summarize the results of ochtyomonitoring of five stream in Bohemian Forest in autumn 2010. The processing status is evaluated fish communities, especially their species composition, diversity, dominance, evenness and other parameters. They have been evaluated also physico-chemical properties of the sites such as air and water temperature, conductivity and turbidity. Last but not least were evaluated the characteristics of flows and in particular morphological characteristics, types of the bottom substrate and its contours etc. The evaluation of all obtained data showed that fish communities surveyed Bohemian flows are balanced, they are not burdened with invasive species and rand indicators correlated with the state of flow, geographic location and natural conditions. It was caught nine fish species in the total number of 963 individuals. Abundance was at all locations in the range 201,6 to 409,7 individuals per kilometer of flow, showed the diversity of communities from 0,372093 to 2,166085 (Shannon and Wiener index) and from 0,301804 to 0,866948 (Simpson index), then evenness of plant 0,372093 to 0,783906. The most dominant species was the brown trout, the second most frequent species was bullhead.

Realizační program je rozdělen do částí: 1. Způsoby nakládání s odpady v zemědělství. 2. Vyhodnocení a rozpracování provedené SWOT analýzy současného stavu nakládání s BRO. 3. Technicko-ekonomická analýza současného stavu nakládání s BRO (současné a plánované kapacity zařízení pro nakládání s BRO, základní technicko-ekonomické údaje o nakládání s BRO, databázový informační systém, technicko-ekonomická analýza možností využití bioplynu v podmínkách ČR). 4. Postupy vedoucí ke snižování hlavních rizik při nakládání s BRO (prevence a souběžná minimalizace zdravotních rizik při nakládání s biodegradabilním odpadem v rámci Realizačního programu ČR pro BRO, rizika, spojená s kompostováním rybničního bahna a lesních odpadů. 5. Environmentální přijatelnost stavu nakládání s biologicky rozložitelnými odpady (současně platná česká legislativa týkající, se ochrany životního prostředí ve vztahu k problematice nakládání s BRO, zejména potom jejich zpracovávání kompostováním, sociální faktory v odpadovém hospodářství). 6. Vzorové příklady nakládání s odpady dané komodity v ČR, státech EU apod. (vzorová zařízení, zpracovávající BRO v ČR). 7. Opatření, vedoucí k dosažení cílů POH ČR v oblasti nakládání s BRO, prostřednictvím nástrojů z oblasti legislativní, administrativní, ekonomické, dobrovolné apod. (současné legislativní, administrativní, ekonomické a ostatní nástroje, návrhy nových nástrojů a opatření, vedoucích k dosažení cílů POH ČR v oblasti nakládání s BRO).

Rámcová metodika pro nakládání s biodegradabilními odpady. Rozebírá produkci, způsoby nakládání, prevenci, dovoz a vývoz a zařízení pro nakládání s BRO. Dále doporučuje způsoby nakládání s BRO a navrhuje min. standardy, pilotní projekty - využití BRO ze zemědělsky neobhospodařovaných ploch pro zvýšení výkonnosti stávajících bioplynových stanic, využití technologie kompostování na malých hromadách (faremní kompost) pro přeměnu BRO z údržby parků, rekreačních ploch a sportovišť. Poskytuje vzorové příklady nakládání s odpady z ČR a EU.

Formulace požadavků na soudobou ochranu tropických biotopů jako příprava na příspěvek ČR k naplňování Úmluvy o biodiverzitě

CD-ROM obsahuje práci Biologická diverzita povodí Rio Caura (Venezuela, Bolivar), a hlavní směry ochrany v součinnosti s domorodým obyvatelstvem (literární rešerše k biodiverzitě povodí Rio Caura, vlastní výsledky z terénního průzkumu v lednu 2006 a shrnutí). Hlavní cíle ochrany, expedičních výprav a biologického výzkumu v povodí Rio Nichare navrhované nadací Velká Amazonie v součinnosti s domorodým obyvatelstvem kmene Yekwana: 1) Zastavit realizaci všech plánů, které by mohly zapříčinit změny hydrologického cyklu povodí Rio Caura, včetně výstavby přehrad, změny toků a výrazných změn příbřežní vegetace; 2) Zřídit monitorovací program migrujících druhů ryb; 3) Zřídit minimálně tříletý studijní program ke zjištění udržitelných kvót pro rybolov na dolní Cauře; 4) Zřídit monitorovací program celého povodí; 5) Zřídit koridory jež by chránily sezóně zaplavovaný les (až na hranici padesátileté vody); 6) Zřídit plán ochrany klíčových druhů a oblastí; 7) Podílet se na zavedení veřejných naučných programů zdůrazňujících důležitost vodního ekosystému Caury pro uchování diverzity tropického deštného lesa a životního prostoru původních etnik; 8) Zamezit introdukci nepůvodních druhů rostlin a živočichů do povodí Caury; 9) Obnovit příbřežní lesní vegetaci pod Raudal Cinco Mil; 10) Zřídit plány pro udržitelnou těžbu následujících druhů rostlin: Ocotea cymbarum, Vochysia venezuelana (používány k výrobě lodí), Acosmium nitens, Geonoma deversa., a Heteropsis flexuosa. A usage of cultural facilities in tourism development on case of selected museums in Třeboň

Trebon is famous not only for the spa, a rich cultural life and many sights, but also fish farming and pond system that consists of numerous lakes and other water bodies. Every year there are many exhibitions, festivals, theatrical performances and much more. Trebon is a state dominated by the castle, but for visitors, the town offers many more attractions. The landscape around Trebon calls for various types of sporting activities and through the presence of many lakes for water sports. Can not forget the beautiful countryside of Trebon, who became a protected area. Due to these factors, Trebon has great potential for tourism and its further development. This thesis has set three goals. The first goal is the task of analyzing supply and demand of tourism in the town of Trebon. The second objective is the investigation of motivation, expectations and images of selected cultural activities to supplement the product mix for the selected segments of visitors. The third objective is to devise ways of communication and cooperation in cultural and tourism sectors in the town of Trebon. The thesis begins with a theoretical part, which serves as a basis for understanding the important concepts and other relationships. There were also more characteristic of the area in question. Most of the information provided Třeboňsko situational analysis, which were defined in the most important elements needed for tourism. Information obtained from the situational analysis and survey were then used for SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis deals with proposals for new products in Trebon and proposals for improving communication and cooperation between cultural institutions and organizations engaged in tourism.

Analysis of tourism with a view to hunting tourism

The main goal of this work is to analyze fishing tourism in the Czech Republic and suggest an innovation in the supply. The work is based on the hypothesis that the customers of fishing tourism generally do not use the supply of the tour operators and they organize their holiday by themselves and that there is a way to change their mind by improving the current supply with a new kind of product. The informations about the market have been gained by a questionnaire and considering the results 2 kinds of products have been created.

And than was judged level of staff, cleanness, order and price too. After marketing research was realized data complied to tables, graphs. These informations was judged to client, environment, employment. Was proposed move too help this region in attractive. The main areas were: 1. A better quality for local inhabitants, 2. Infrastructure and environment, 3. Development of tourism, 4. Support for enterprisers. Than was offered innovation product package and comparison among Lipno region, Austria, Germany.
