Bachelor's thesis on the theme of "Corporate Income Tax and its consistency with the accounting in the Czech Republic" contains history of taxation, main features of corporate income tax, its position in the tax system and adjustment in accordance with Czech legislation. In the next part there is mentioned a profit before tax, there are defined individual items, by which it is adjusted on the basis of corporate tax, including the calculation of tax liability and its accounting. The last part gives a practical example summarizing the problems mentioned above.

Práce hodnotí finanční situaci výrobního podniku Mora Aerospace, a.s. pomocí základních metod finanční analýzy za čtyři účetní období roku 2002-2005. Dále se zaměřuje na odůvodnění výsledné hodnoty výsledku hospodaření, analýzu výkazu zisku a ztráty a analýzu majetku a jeho zdrojů financování. Dělí se na dvě části. teoretická část se zaměřuje na metody finanční analýzy a praktická část tyto metody aplikuje. Celkově práce hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku.

Influence of buried reserves on a shareholders'capital

The Bachelor thesis deals with the problem of an influence of buried reserves on a shareholders' capital. First of all it describes the shareholders'capital and its components. Afterwards it reports the substance of buried reserves, the stadium of its turnover and especially differences of an acounting and a real shareholders'capital, which originate just from the influence of buried reserves in a company. By means of particular examples this thesis practically illustrates some posibilities of origin, maintainance and downfall of different kinds of buried reserves.

Its main part deals with assets, changes in owners' equity, income, capital structure and some of the indicators of financial analysis. The practical part of the thesis focuses on owners' equity analysis in three corporations in the accounting period 2004--2006.

The diploma work put brain to income from operations of natural persons in the accounting and tax evidence. At first it targets the income from operations and its different concept in the evidences. It describes establishment of income from operations on accrual and cash basis, defines components of income from operations - expenses, revenues, gains, losses, incomes and expenditures. The next part of the work focuses on legislation of income from operations in teh Czech Republic (in accounting and tax evidence).One of the chapters speeks about some economic transactions, which influences income from operations different in the accounting and tax evidence. The diploma work is finished with short example, which brings near the problem.

Rozbor výsledku hospodaření výrobní účetní jednotky XY

Práce si klade za cíl vyzdvihnout výsledek hospodaření jako důležitý zdroj informací o úspěšnosti a efektivnosti účetní jednotky. V teoretické části práce jsou obecné informace o výsledku hospodaření (zjišťování, vykazování, národní a mezinárodní požadavky) a o finanční analýze zaměřené především na rozbor výsledku hospodaření (zdroje dat, metody, rentabilita). Obsahem druhé části práce je praktický rozbor výsledku hospodaření v konkrétní účetní jednotce a jeho vývoj během posledních pěti let.
