The aim of my thesis "Modern Architecture and its organizational impact on business processes``, is to analyze the current organizational structure of Jungheinrich, Ltd. operating on the Czech market, and to design a new optimal organizational architecture. The first section of the thesis focuses on theoretical information about modern organizational structures. Information sources are mostly professional books, magazines and websites, which are presented in the literature appendix. The analytical part focuses on the detailed description and analysis of Jungheinrich and its organizational structure. Among the important parts of this chapter belongs the current organizational chart of Architecture, STEP and SWOT analysis, that allow us to create overall picture of the company. Proper screening of the company is necessary for the synthesis of the thesis, which focuses on the application of optimal organizational architecture and defines its impact on business processes. By the regrouping of departments and sections author wants to achieve simpler organization and management of the company - increase productivity and fewer managers. The main benefit for the company Jungheinrich, Ltd. is to reduce labor costs.

The work was analyzed by ALFA Inc., and its organizational and management structure, process of manufacture of custom, production and sales until the products. The output of this work is the proposal to increase the efficiency of processes in the direction of minimizing the residence time and elimination of administrative complications.

The aim of diploma work with the topic {\clqq}Effect estimation of organizational architecture production to enterprise competitiveness`` was to suggest optimal organizational architecture for a chosen business subject. Organizational architecture is fundamental for every company which wants to be successful in both Czech and world markets. The introductory part of the diploma work contains of survey of theoretical knowledge from the sphere of organizational architecture. Basic source were books and magazines deal with modern trends in the sphere of organizational architecture and its regulation. In literature search are mentioned key cognisances and statements of well-known authors from the sphere of organizational architecture. The second part deals with detailed description and analysis of company ALPLA limited liability company Petrovice and its present organizational architecture. The main source of information were controlled talks with employees of company. Further the information was gathered from provided internal documents and from other intradepartmental documents, directions, statistical data, annual reports etc. In the conclusive part there are proposed certain steps pointing optimal organizational architecture of a chosen business subject and their positive economic impact upon an analysed company.
Organizational structure and its influence on the management of selected business unit

The first part of my thesis focuses on the theoretical description of terms related to organizational structures. Explain the concepts: organization, management, organizational structure and its typology, the economic structure of the company. Described are the reasons for the implementation of organizational changes to their risk. The last chapter describes the objectives of such change. The practical part is based on the use knowledge from the first theoretical part and of the informations extracted from a particular business entity, Eaton Electrical Ltd.. It focuses on the analysis of the development company, along with its organizational structure from 1993 until the end of 2009. The whole work contains the conclusions and proposals on the basis of these informations. Recommendation of these analysis is, that the company should benefit in primarily from the creating working teams and use the skills of its specialized staff, which brings a positive economic effect .Furthermore is necessary to develop personal knowledge and skills of employees. Currently it is mainly the ability to communicate in English. Without this capability the company is losing a lot of important information and employees are not able to explain their problems.

Analyse of factory management in selected company, analyse is focused on possibilities of procedural control

My graduations theses is focused on a problem of production management in selected plant and on exercise of process under control . At the beginning there is an explanation of a competition and its ifluence on business strategy. Next I described logistical processes and a competition among them. For describing the company{\crq}s situation I used economic and productive counts: changes of quantity and price of products in year 2006 compared with year 2005. Next description was company´s organization structure together with a reliability of officers. Then I used SWOT analyse for pointing at weaknesses of company, that the company have to make less important by its strengths and at the same time to be prepared for opportunities and threats sequent upon a competition. My graduation theses contains a description of main companys´ processes since order processing to supplying and raw material suppliers at the end. Real choice and rating of supplier is described in the model situation. Next I was concerned with a production, its organizations, scheduling and production control. Last but not least I was concerned with a stocking and expedition. A distribution is last logistic process in organization. I described Czech and foreign logistic processes too. In fine I assessed economic situations, main company{\crq}s processes and present managerial structures.

The brief characteristic: The corporate culture as an integral part of organization represents an relatively integrate unit which includes the human behaviour following some created models. It consists of three levels: the symbols, the behaviour rules and the standard living values. The corporate culture influences structure, management, content of employees and other components of company. The target of this work: To analyse the present state of affairs and to find out the level and the quality of corporate culture in the select subject to determinate the influence of corporate culture on organizational architecture in this subject, to suggest some management programme of changes on the basis of up-to date managerial approaches. The select subject is the firm Fezko Thierry - joint stock company which has its headquarters in Strakonice.
