Potential of rural tourism as a development factor for Berounsko and Křivoklátsko

This diploma thesis evaluate tourism in Karlštejnsko and Křivoklátsko regions. These questions were firstly evaluated from sight of quantity which shown offer range of touristic activities and activities in selected regions. The points of the next research are estimations of government, promoter subjects and information centres in question of importance of case country-side tourist traffic and level of its support from public domain.

Evaluating procedures of sector operational programmes and programme of rural development

I decided the theme for my graduation theses to be {\clqq}Evaluating procedures of sector operational programmes and programme of rural development``, because the enter of the Czech Republic to the European Union opened a view for new possibilities at all of sectors development. For achievement a living standard and a maturity of Western Europe we need a support in the form of dotations. Because there are lots of supports, I fixate my theses for the sector operational programmes of agriculture and programme of rural development. I describe the evaluating procedures of these programmes made by Council of the EU, characterize the requirements ex-ante. These I compare with a real situation. All of my results I summarize to the tables and graphs. At the end I will compare The programme of rural development for the period 2007 {--} 2013 in the Czech Republic with the same programme of rural development for the same period in Sweden. In supplements is placed to financial plan of Sweden in Swedish, because this part wasn´t translated to English.

Evaluation of the current territorial plan in the context of rural area development

The protection and creation of the functional, harmonic and sustainable landscape focuses on two main Instruments influencing the appearance of the landscape at most. These instruments are the territorial plans and comprehensive land consolidation. The thesis "Evaluation of the current territorial plan in the context of rural area development" deals with the issue of the co-operation of just these two instruments. Important items of both Instruments are the draft of plan of common facilities of the land consolidation and the definition of the publicly beneficial constructions and publicly beneficial measures in the draft of the territorial plan. Just under these items, the public interests for the further development of the territory are formulated. The practical part of the theoretical knowledge gained in writing this thesis and transferred to experience related to cadastral Štítary na Moravě. In the conclusion of the thesis the evaluation and summarizing of the acquired knowledge is performed and the draft of changes which will correspond better to the needs of the territory.

Possibilities of using conjoint analysis to evaluate attributes, which influence decision-making of inhabitants of the region

First part of this work contains particularly SPSS syntax reference. This part is aimed on procedures ORTHOPLAN, PLANCARDS and CONJOINT. In the second part the preparation, research and data analysis by means of conjoint analysis and k-means cluster analysis is contained. There were two target groups of respondents {--} students and labor force, both living in district Český Krumlov. The main purpose of this work was to determinate possibilities of application of conjoint analysis in regional management. The most important domain of using conjoint analysis is namely in marketing while evaluating preferences of consumers.

Financial support for the development of The Region of South Bohemia

This work aims at introducing and analyzing financing development possibilities of The Region of South Bohemia, namely the evaluation of drawing financial resources from the Programme of renewal of rural areas and the Programme of the development of economically weak and structurally disabled regions of South Bohemia. The priority of the development, investment projects fixed on them and quantity of financial resources were to be submitted, expressed in numbers and described their development in time. The contribution of this work consists especially in the contribution of absorbed financial resources from those given to the Programmes of The Region of South Bohemia. The resources from the Programme of rural areas and the Programme of the development of economically weak and structurally disabled regions that The Region of South Bohemia is gong to absorb in terms of single endowment titles of these programmes, is gong to significantly make for achievement aims given by the development plan. The essential characteristics of realized projects should include: creating new jobs, support of entrepreneurial activities, improving the quality of local roads, improving travelling for inhabitants of south bohemian villages and attaching to these communication on main regional highways, improvement of offers and services in the field of tourism.

Comparing of land adjustment production principles in the Czech Republic and abroad

The thesis is devoted to the evaluation of land consolidation procedure in selected countries compared to the one in the Czech republic. Evaluated were countries where there is the possibility of comparison of historical connections, economic development, ecological consciousness and legislative maturity and flexibility. A contrast between Germany and Ukraine illustrates the determination of the Czech republic. There were the Czech republic, Ukraine, France and Germany analyzed. The thesis is divided into four basic parts, each of them focused to one of the previously mentioned states.

Implementation and use of resources from structural mechanisms of EU

The aim of the thesis is to compare the financial inflows from EU to Czech republic in 2004 -- 2006 and 2007 -- 2013. The thesis focuses at the inflows from structural funds with more focus at the current period. Special attention is put at the experiences from 2004 -- 2006 and their incorporation into programs of 2007 -- 2013. It doesn't cover pre-accession finantial support, European regional cooperation a iniciatives of EU, which are mentioned for completeness' sake.
