Cílem práce je porovnat směry finančních toků z EU v ČR ve dvou obdobích a to 2004 -- 2006 a 2007 -- 2013. Práce se zaměří na toky ze strukturálních fondů s větším důrazem na právě probíhající období. Zejména se práce věnuje zhodnocení zkušeností z období 2004 -- 2006 a jejich inkorporaci do programů období 2007 -- 2013. Nevěnuje se předvstupním nástrojům, Evropské územní spolupráci a iniciativám Společenství, které jsou zmíněny jen pro úplnost. The aim of the thesis is to compare the financial inflows from EU to Czech republic in 2004 -- 2006 and 2007 -- 2013. The thesis focuses at the inflows from structural funds with more focus at the current period. Special attention is put at the experiences from 2004 -- 2006 and their incorporation into programs of 2007 -- 2013. It doesn't cover pre-accession finantial support, European regional cooperation a iniciatives of EU, which are mentioned for completeness' sake.
