VESELÁ, Lucie
The aim of my bachelor's thesis is the description of a system called STYX. I would like to characterize the pilot release of this system to the school praxis and the processing of the information of the feedback from the given pilot study which is addressed to the authors of the STYX. The STYX is a system designed to provide an electronic corpus-based exercise book of Czech morphology and syntax with exercises directly selected from the Prague Dependency Treebank, the largest annotated corpus of Czech texts. The system was created in ÚFALu MFF UK under leadership of dr. Barbora Vidová Hladká, viz http://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/styx/. The bachelor's thesis is designed as a study with two main moments: the first one is the release of the STYX into two hours of teaching at secondary school in Trhové Sviny and the analysis of the results of my work with this system at school. The second moment represents the processing of the feedback from this release of the system STYX to praxis for the team of researchers from ÚFALu MFF UK.
