The bachelor thesis deals with logistic process in the chosen company. Logistics is an important element nowadays.Logistic elements have a significant impact on businesses. In the case of efficient application of logistics processes, these elements can greatly influence the company's flexibility and performance and become a competitive advantage. The main part of this thesis deals with inventory management.It includes an ABC method, a critical supply of important items, outsourcing, and a number of suppliers. The aim of the thesis is to characterize two selected warehouses and to analyze key items in them and to take care of them.

Supply Chain optimization in the selected object

For my bachelor thesis, I have chosen the topic of Supply Chain Optimization in the selected object. I will run the project at one branch of the Vietnamese restaurant chain. Firstly, I will outline how logistics processes work in the enterprise and the problems of the business, and then try to improve the existing system. To do this, I will use AnyLogistix to perform the necessary analysis, optimization and simulation.

The Study of Supply Chain and Optimization Proposal.

The diploma thesis focuses on problems related to the low turnover of stocks in IMI International, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and design part. In the first part there is presented a basic theoretical knowledge of logistics for this work. The second part analyses the causes of high stock holdings in relation to low turnover. Based on the analyses there are finally proposed the solutions in order to reduce the value of held stocks by reducing the quantity which then leads to increased turnover.

Stock management in chosen corporation. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, in Brno, 2016. The bachelor thesis deals with stock management in selected company. First part describes the theory basis, which became the starting point for practical part. Here, the stock is divided to three groups based on ABC method. Then, mod-el EOQ is applied on the most important group A, used for the calculation of opti-mal values to reach the minimalization of total storage costs. The discussion pro-vides the comparison of real and optimal values and evaluation of current stock management in the company.

This Thesis is focused on optimalisation of packaging material supply management in the selected company. In the first part the thesis compiles theoretical information of the given problems, in the practical part is analysed the contemporary condition and by means of analysis ABC are proposed possible method of solution of inventory management for the individual categories. The next exit of the work is a proposal of an efective organization of packaging issues to consumption.
