Family house at the hillside in Pozlovice

The new building is situated at the outskirt of the village Pozlovice. There is an water tank Luhačovice nearly. The family residence has an irregular plastform in dimension 17,9 x 14,6 m. The bulit-up area of the object is 232 m2. The building will be increased into ascensional surrounding terrain by partialy recessed floor. There is spacious garage and all technical background of the house designed in this floor. Aboveground floor is divided to social and family part with kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with slow transition to outer terrace. There are rooms for children, bedroom and sanitary background in the quiet part of the house. There will be also a swimming pool at the property. There will be planted some trees at the garden, witch can provide privacy and peace at the family.
Villa Petra at Humpolec

This thesis deals with the design documentation of villas Petra in Humpolec, designed for a family of six. The house is situated in the region Vysočina in the village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a three-story brick building, where the vertical and horizontal constructions are designed from the structural system POROTHERM. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different height levels, two of whom are flat roofs walkway and used as a terrace. Part of the building is also covered parking places for two cars type 1a.

The study of women's ready to wear clothers solves new manufacturing and administrative area located in an appartment neighborhoods, a cemetry with crematorium, an army base and wooded park Akatky in Brno, Zidenice. The structure is incorporated into slightly steep terrain close to current buildings and freely exemplifies them with it's spacious composition. The building is separeted into two functional units, one smaller structure and other larger. The first one contains the company's administration, restrooms and dining area. All of the warehouses are in the other part-essential materials, final products, cutting area, futhermore hardware rooms and at last the production hall itself. There are parking lots, pedestrian areas and green areas with planted trees to be used in summer months for short rest.
Detached House with the dental surgeries

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with the dental surgeries, designed for a family of five. The house is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Vystrkov - Humpolec cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a brick building, where vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM and BTB hardware and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system POROTHERM and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main building is covered with half-hip roof with two skylights and plan of the establishment and of the wine cellar is covered with a flat roof walkway. Construction of pitched roofs is made by composite truss of timber and steel components and a purlin system. The building has two above ground and one underground floor, which occupies only a portion of floor space above ground floors.

The bachelor thesis deals with the inner and finishing works in a apartment building – block F. New building is located in the village Kuřim, in its part „Díly za Svatým Jánem“ on the street Metelkova. The building is located on plot number 2642/431 and it is a new building with twelve flats. The interior and finishing work consist in the design of plasters, flooring, drywall works, painting and assembly works. This work deals mainly with the plaster design. The plasters will be made from the plaster core, the inner stucco or there can be used the other superficial treatments.

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is a working out of project documentation of building „The family house with office” containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. This object is a detached brick-work building with a flat one-surface roof and two over-ground floors, without a ground floor. The house is designed for family of four. First floor: entrance room, hall, boiler room, bath-room and WC, pantry, kitchen with dining room, living room, staircase, store, garage, WC, entrance hall and office. Second floor: hall, WC, bath-room, bedroom, study, two rooms for children and terrace. The family house is designed in the POROTHERM building system and house is insulated by Baumit Open facade system.

The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
