Alaverdyan, Zarzand ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Cook, Gina (referee)
In today's world where it is becoming ever trickier to differentiate one product from another, it is even more significant to have the support of an influential brand. Obvious definitions of brand strategy are a foundation for successful management. Keeping in mind that the most ignored marketing opportunity in the Business to Business arena is the formation of a strong brand show the way to the requirement to have a clear basis for distinction. The significance of a categorization outside the B2B and B2C dichotomy is that it better explains the difficulty in the world of brands, as well as that it aids in perceiving the mutual dependence of different types of brands. It proves the extent at which brands in the shape of ingredient brands, corporate brands or mixed up B2C and B2B brand affecting the final end user and how that in its turn can have an influence on the starting point of the chain. While professionals are taught to make their managerial decisions based on a rational basis, professionals are human too and humans don't have the habit leave their emotions at elsewhere when they go to work.

"Experiencing of aggressive symptoms at people with dementia by the patients´ relatives{\crq}q"
KRZOKOVÁ, Silvie
I chose the given topic not only because I consider this issue to be important and serious, but also because the majority of lay family caregivers, taking care of people with dementia and meeting their signs of inappropriate behaviour including an aggression, experience predominantly negative emotions. In term of the caregivers it is important how they perceive their care for an aggressive member of the family, how they experience it and what are treatment effects and impacts on their psychological stress. In an introductory part of the thesis there is summarized a current knowledge on the given issue. I deal with a definition of the dementia in individual chapters, by its epidemiology, diagnostics and examination methods, by therapies of the dementia, its classification, stages of the dementia and its clinical symptoms. In the next chapter I describe aggressive behaviours at the dementia syndrome, in this context then I pay an attention to caregivers´ emotions, their experience and finally I deal with the caregivers´ role and potential risks and impacts on their increased psychological stress. The following chapters bring research results, whose aim was to find out, how relatives of the people with the dementia diagnosis experience the aggressive behaviour of their closest. I chose a quantitative research combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies in the thesis. To obtain the necessary data I used a method of the questioning; a technique of the data collection was an anonymous questionnaire, which was used to determine hypotheses. The acquired data were processed and evaluated in a graphic form and the defined hypotheses were verified by it. At the end of this thesis there were carried out a summary and an evaluation of the survey results.

HLACHOVÁ, Martina
The bachelor thesis of the title: "Emotionality in the job of a nurse" deals with the emotional company of a nurse which is part of experiencing in her assisting profession. In the course of every common and special day people experience a wide scale of various emotions not only in their everyday lives but also in their professions. The profession of a nurse belongs to an assisting profession and therefore in patients' eyes a nurse should be the one who has understanding for their problems during the illness and who helps to solve them with a great deal of tolerance and kindness. In her profession a nurse must fight with emotional tiredness, detritions and deformation leading to a state of cynicism which results in a simplified view of the ill and their problems. Next to their work, the mission of nurses is to be able to care well about the ill and never forget that a patient is first of all man, whose interests just they should protect. Literature mentions the fact that it is important to realize that a nurse does not work only for the ill ones, but particularly with them {--} which this thesis confirms. The theoretical part aims at emotionality as part of experiencing, emotions, at the job description of a nurse, her relation to the patient, empathy. Further it deals with various risks endangering the nurse from the psychological point of view, self-control and methods for mental health sustenance of a nurse. The second part of the thesis is a research part. The thesis has set two goals: the first goal is to determine how nurses react emotionally to patients' problems. The second goal is to determine which factors positively influence suitable nurses' emotional reactions to patients' problems. On the basis of these goals two research questions were set: 1)How do nurses emotionally react to patients' problems? and 2)Which factors positively influence suitable emotional reactions of nurses to patients' problems? To meet the goals of the thesis I used the method of a qualitative research survey. The survey is performed with the technique of non-standard dialogue which was provided by seven nurses working in the home for elderly people in Dobrá Voda.
