Hrncsjarová, Hana ; Talanda, Tomáš (referee) ; Chovancová, Michaela (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of energy self-sufficient houses. The search of requirements and technical applications usable in the design of energy self sufficient house is presented. There are some of the legislation relating to the issue too. Thesis includes also the examples of implemented projects in the Czech Republic and the design of modifications of the particular house for the possible energy self-sufficiency.
Low-energy construction in the Czech Republic and abroad
Matuš, Martin ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)

Also define main concepts of low-energy construction, technical properties of these objects, methods of designing, legislational elements and new findings. Practical´s part main task is to compile statistical data on low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Aditionally calculate the price indicators and possible payback of low-energy houses.
Energy self-sufficient houses
Šošolíková, Jana ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the energy self-sufficient houses compared with the low-energy, passive and active construction. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to assess the operational and investment costs compare with the energy of another buildings and other structures.
Assessment of market situation in pricing of low-energy family houses with the help of construction unit costs
Šoula, Michal ; Výskala, Miloslav (referee) ; Chovancová, Jitka (advisor)
The Czech Republic is committed to the European Directive on Energy Performance of Buildings, according to which all buildings built after 2020 should be almost zero standard. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to determine the budgetary indicator for passive houses, compare the average indicator with budgetary indicators available in the market and confirm or refute the assumption that passive houses can not be valued using the available budgetary indicators for general construction.
Passive house
Majer, Filip ; Klubal, Tomáš (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on solving project documentation of new building of Passive building. Emphasis is laid on creating „airtight“cover of house which is achieved accuracy solutions to structural details, suitable selection of building and supplementary materials. An important factor in this issue is the massive use of thermal insulation materials. The project also focuses on the appropriate arrangement of renewable energy technologies and their applications.
Operating costs of passive houses
Baranyková, Zuzana ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
The main topic of this thesis is the comparison of operating costs (energy balance) of a passive house with running costs of a house of an ordinary construction. Total operating costs of those types of construction are determined and the houses are subsequently divided into groups according to their actual consumption and a comparison of the different types of construction is carried out.
Specifics of Passive Houses
Hortová, Michaela ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.
Assessment of market situation in family house pricing with the help of construction unit costs
Lakuš, Jan ; Šimáček, Ondřej (referee) ; Chovancová, Jitka (advisor)
The European Union wants to all buildings that will be bult from 2020 in the Member States will have almoust zero energy consumption. Actual thing will be availability of tools award splanned cost low-energy constructions, such as the financial indicator. The aim is to confirm or refute the hypothesis that the valuation of the construction of Pasive houses on market available indicators does´t correspond with reality.
Family House
Mázl, Michal ; Němeček, Martin (referee) ; Kalousek, Miloš (advisor)
