The goal of this work is to survey knowledge of pedagogue about ADHD disorder due to rising tendecies of this disorder. Another goal was to find out if it is better for child to have a personal asssistent which would help it. Or if it would not be better to leave children with this kind of a problem in specialized schools or subsume them to classic primary schools. Forty-eight pedagogue from five primary schools participated in this survey: ZŠ L.Kuby (České Budějovice), ZŠ Máj (České Budějovice), ZŠ a MŠ Ledenice, 3.ZŠ Cheb, ZŠ Františkovy Lázně. Praktical part of bachelor work is finalized by interview with assistent worker of pupil diagnosed with ADHD disorder. The assistent contributed to my work with hers oppinions and view of ADHD from professional position. By the evaluation of my survey it was proven that pedagogues mostly, eventhough they have pupils with ADHD, are not educated enough about this disorder and by this means they do not know ho to efficiently work with them.

Methods: For the Bachelor work I will be collecting, sorting and organising all my information. As a result of this examination of literature I will achieve my intended goal for this Bachelor work. Results: I found out that we cannot cure arthritis of the knee joint, we can only reduce its development and final results. The most important part is the prevention, which includes daily functional exercise and specially designed programmes. Developed muscles stabilise the knee joint and therefore intelligently planned daily activity is important for the construction of an intact knee joint which is needed to ensure safe operation in many sports and even in our daily activities. Methodology for the phenotyping resistance to Plum pox virus in peach
Salava, Jaroslav ; Polák, Jaroslav
Sharka disease, which is caused by the Plum pox virus (PPV), is the most economically important virus disease in fruit trees worldwide. Since it is not possible to completely eradicate PPV in the Czech Republic, it is necessary to find another way to control this pathogen. The most promising seems to be the breeding of new cultivars for resistance. This methodology provides a comprehensive protocol for testing PPV resistance in peach. It is based on visual assessment of disease symptoms on leaves and fruits, and determining the presence of the virus in plants using ELISA and RT-PCR techniques.
