Comparison of the potential of rural tourism in protected areas and elsewhere - villages of Zahrádky and Pístina case study

The main goal of the thesis was to compare a potential of rural tourism at two villages in Jindřichohradecko, one is located in a protected landscape area and the other is outside of this region. This task is intended to show the potential, which is affected by different conditions in protections of nature. The theoretical part of this work is not only focused on the rural tourism through a literature review, its forms, evaluation of its potential and benefits as well but also negatives of its development. The practical part assesses the potential of Jindřichohradecko for activities of the rural tourism and particularly analyzes in detail the situation in a village Pístina (lying in the PLA) and Zahrádky by using a descriptive case study, which is situated outside of the area with an enhanced protection of the nature. The thesis includes a questionnaire survey, whose results present an opinion of citizens of the villages on the rural tourism in their villages.

The bachelor work concerns with rural tourism, its actual forms, conditions for its fullfillment, its contributions for the community and negative influences and also its relation to sustainable progress. The work maps Jindřichův Hradec district as a tourist destination above all from the point of view of rural travel activity. With the help of descriptive eventual study work makes the analysis of situation in the community of Zahrádky. The results of the survey present the local people?s opinion of rural travel activity in the community.

A goal of this bachelorship work was to classify todays tourism at chosen destination of Jindřichův Hradec area. In framework of the work was primary discovering structure of prepositions of tourism at chosen destination by using primary data and literature. Primary data were gained by forms of two chosen localities. Attention was also focused toward the visitors of Jindřichův Hradec area. It was classified perception of destination by a visitor, activities in framework of vacation, motivation for visiting ETC. Further in framework of the work was created database of cultural-historical, natural and living attractions. Based on evaluated offer and demands of tourism at chosen location were created potential options of another development of tourism at Jindřichův Hradec area.

Evaluation the attractiveness tourist resorts on the Jindřichohradecko

The objective of this thesis was to evaluate the attractiveness of Jindřichův Hradec. The theoretical part is a description of the basic assumptions, which are used as standard assessments of potential for tourism. Other, more complex methods are spatial analysis and overlay analysis. The practical part is the description field under review. Detailed analysis of the primary components of the assumptions offer and secondary offer. For further evaluation method is developed based on defining the conditions for tourism, which are then scored and ranked and the obtained information are summarized. The same data are used to create maps in the GIS program. All results are evaluated for overall impression of intensity and attractiveness of tourism. Conclusion is a recommendation for the development of sustainable tourism in the area Jindřichův Hradec.

Optimal Network of Drug Services and Probe into Drug Scene in Region Jindřichův Hradec

Diploma work provides description of a drug scene in the region Jindřichův Hradec. It characterizes recent network of services, and presents process as well as basic models of Harm Reduction services optimalization. It also provides analysis and description of problem drug use in four towns within the region {--} it is Jindřichův Hradec, Třeboň, Dačice and a smaller town České Velenice. Next to the analysis and description of recent situation the diploma work also attempts to estimate possible development of drug scene as well as drug services in the near future.

Zabývá se také obecně neziskovým sektorem a možnostmi financování neziskových organizací. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření posuzuje frekvenci využívání jednotlivých zdrojů a určení příčin jejich nízkých či vysokých preferencí při jejich vyhledávání a využívání a obsahuje návrh optimálního řešení zjištěných disproporcí.
