Economical Impact of Regional Planning in the selected Region

The thesis aims to draft procedures for regional development. The goal is going to define standardized processes, which aim to take advantage of the activities of foreign investors in the Central Bohemia Region, these investment activities positively getting on the development of employment rate. The methodology includes the application of regression analysis in which is the explanatory variables, the volume of foreign direct investment (independent variable) and the dependent variable is the emplyment people who have permanent home in the Central Bohemia Region. To maintain the investment activity is necessary to create the local authorities suitable conditions for investors through guaranteed prices of commercial area. The assumption is that investor interest will be remain only in the event, that they gonna to be offered a guaranteed price of commercial area. The task for the public administration is in the interest of investors and the public interest. The result of regression analysis is, used to determine the optimal scope of commercial area offer. Therefore, to design solutions also falls adjustment and correction of territorial development in the Central Bohemia Region.
Analysis of Local plans Čisovice

The bachelor thesis explores Čisovice municipality based on its two local plans from years 1995 and 2014, respectively. The aim of the thesis is to compare theses two local plans and to assess how much was the local plan 1995 implemented. The thesis will also assess whether the concept of the local plan 1995 was kept and wether this original concept is taken over by 2014 local plan. The thesis also deals with the conformity of 2014 local plan with the Policy of regional development and Principles of regional development. The conclusions of the thesis evaluates how successful o runsuccessful was the regional planning of Čisovice municipality.
Analysis of Development Projects´ Planning History: Case Study Freight Station Prague - Žižkov

This bachelor thesis focuses on planning history of case study Cargo railway station Prague - Žižkov. Subject of this work and its territory is demarcated in the former grounds of the station, which was earlier owned only by České dráhy. Freely accessible documents were supplemented by informations from the interviews. Fundamental part of the work is analysis of the documents and their benefits for the planning. Purposes of the thesis are achieved by summary of the results of the analytical part and its evaluation. Main contribution of this work is description of causes why planning process on the Cargo railway station Žižkov runs so long and suggestion, how to prevent too lengthy planning in the similar development areas.
Analysis of Development Projects´ Planning History: Case Study Praha - Western Part of "Rohanský" Island

This bachelor thesis surveys the planning history of the western part of Rohan Island in Prague. The thesis pursues part of Prague situated in Prague 8 called Karlín. The first part provides basic definitions about selected parts of theoretical part. The analytical part pursues history of Karlín since 19th Century. The next chapters look into pursued locality concerning proprietary relationships and planning documents which had key role in decision-making in this area. The subchapters discuss more facts which had an influence on Rohan Island constructions. In the final section of analytical part, there is summary of history of planning. The contribution of the thesis is to find out whether it is reasonable to plan in such big developing areas as Rohan Island or not. Main resources are specialized literature in this area, land maps, city planning studies and interviews with people involved in constructions in the western part of Rohan Island. The thesis includes cartographical and picturical attachments.
Regulation of General Nature

Bachelor's thesis in its theoretical part deals with regulation of General Nature. Discusses the definition of the institution by means of specialized literature and focuses on its specifics. Based on the mixed nature of the Institute there are defined concrete and abstract administrative acts in the thesis and identified the key differences between them. The thesis defines examples of general measures, as defined under special laws. Subsequently, the theoretical part focuses on the process of issuing a general measure, as defined in the administrative order. With the knowledge from the theoretical part, the practical part is dedicated to field of urban planning. General measure particularly in this area is found in cases, where municipalities through general measures issue development plans for its cadastral area. For the elaboration of the practical part is used method of interview of two respondents. The respondents focus just on activities related to the issuance of land use plans, which are detected by the procedure of extradition. Following the findings there are recommendations on how to remove the found out shortcomings.
Sustainability of water resources for the city Dobříš

This thesis is focused on water resources which supply drinking water to the city Dobříš and the nearby village Stará Huť. The first part is focused on clarification of the issue of surface and ground water in particular. Furthermore, water management and climate change, with possible adaptation measures. The second part is devoted to detailed analysis of the area of interest. This mainly concerns the development of population, major employers and amenities. The goal of this thesis is to determine the maximum daily water needs for 2025 based on variables indicators with respect to the land use plan of Dobřiš city and the village Stará Huť. The result values are compared to current yields of all water resources. The final summary proposes the possible solution for emergencies in case of declining yields.
Municipal Development Programme for the village of Nedrahovice as a source document for formulating its spatial plan

The diploma thesis concerns the Nedrahovice Municipal Development Programme as a source document for formulating its spatial plan. In the opening, the concept of spatial planning and planning legislation are defined, followed by the history of spatial planning and specific legal regulations until the present. The following chapters describe the main objectives and tasks of the spatial planning, its basic subjects and spatial planning tools under the current legislation; the work further analyzes the contents and formulating of the particular spatial plan. In addition, the theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the municipal strategic planning and its strategic document called Municipal Development Programme. The work continues the description of the document characteristics, its particulars and contents at a general level and compares the document with the specific Municipal Development Programme for Nedrahovice 2014-2020. The project part of the work deals with the Nedrahovice strategic document, its contents, shortcomings and errors. With reference to the critical analysis conducted, the thesis offers addition of the missing passages or deletion of the parts incorrectly inserted in the document. The spatial plan proposal is further elaborated in the project part of the thesis. The proposed spatial plan draft for Nedrahovice is based on the data provided in its Municipal Development Programme; the proposal also responds to its formal and content shortcomings. The thesis is concluded by pointing to the specific problems concerning the municipality strategic document where it serves as a basis for formulating spatial plan, it also points out on how the spatial plan shortcomings can affect the plan contents.
Alternative solutions of development of municipality Horoměřice

The goal the this bachelor project is to set a direction of future development of a village Horoměřice. Horoměřice is located in Central Bohemia Region and it shares a border with Capital City of Prague. Three variant proposals of the future development are a basis of the whole project. Each variant proposal is made at the schema level and it is highly focused on only one specific domain of the future development. A final proposal was created as a balanced intersection of these variants. Thanks to this intersection, the final proposal can be viewed as a balanced and even an optimal way of the future development of the village. Before we could create the variant proposals we had to make our own research of the studied area. Several analysis are an outcome of this research. The outputs of both analysis and proposals were processed in a digital form. Not only because it, this bachelor project is the most recent and also functional basis for the future changes in the area of the village Horoměřice.
Study of relationship between plan of collective equipment of complex landscape consolidation and spatial plan of Srby c. c., Tuchlovice c. c. and in Lidice c. c.

The theme of my work are finished land consolidation in the cadastral Lidice, Tuchlovice and Srby u Tuchlovic and their plan of joint facilities and related land use plan in the village of Lidice and Tuchlovice. The work is divided into two parts, namely recherche and studies. The second part describes comprehensive land consolidation especially plan of common measures. The study describes the specific plans, including the implementation of elements plans, which they have already been held and the local plan. The goal of my work is to clarify the issue of continuity landscaping and zoning plan and conduct sociological research in which I address landscaping processors, processors zoning, land office and the office of the municipality in the cadastral area.
Improvement of traffic accessibility of city Měčín

The goal of bachelor´s work is proposal of the relocation of road II/117 in the town Měčín, which has insufficient width organization at the entry to the town. Newly created road is designed in sufficient width organization and acts as main arrival road to the town. The newly created residential zone is connected on the road and it is a plan to connect also connecting road with planned sewage treatment plant.
