Financing of Construction Contract from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to acquire the possibilities of financing revitalization of blocks of flats from the aspect of supplier. It is the most common problem in the present time, since most of these houses are in very poor conditions with the need of repairs. The theoretical part is focused on financing of contracts, which are involving the possibilities of obtaining grants and loans for important realizations. Further, the practical part deals with the subsidy input to the project and its influences of the financial sites. The practical part deals with subsequent analysis of the contract at the non-recognition subsidies and the need of obtaining a loan.

Possibilities of Financing of Construction Investment in Municipality

My bachelor’s thesis „Possibilities of financing of construction investment in municipality“ is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part contains definition of investment, the possibility of financial resources and also thesis includes non-profit sector. I particularly deal with non-profit and non-governmental organizations, their classification and funding. The practical part is directed again to financing but this time financing specifically construction belonging to non-profit sector. For this opportunity I chose the reconstruction of the building of kindergarten Pohádka located in town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. I performed analysis of particular possibilities that could be used to financing of the building reconstruction. Finally I also pointed to the appropriate way of financing for this city.

Evaluation and Financial Feasibility of Investment Project Realized by Municipality

The bachelor thesis deals with valuation of financial feasibility of investment project realized by municipality. In the theoretical part of thesis there are simply described possibilities ensuring of needed financial resources for realization of construction order realized by municipality and alongside there are briefly characterized basic terms from this issue. Practical part of the project is focused on analysis of budget the municipality, proposal of financial ensuring the project and assessment if its financial feasibility.

Company in national economy and realisation of investments: alternatives for its development through emission of bonds and bank loan

This thesis focuses on the issue of companies investments realization and the sources of their funding, especially on bank loan and emission of company bonds. Thesis is divided into two parts. In theoretical part we conclude that bank loan is in Czech Republic more usual form of funding than emisson of bonds. Emission of bonds presents only a small percentage on total financial funds. In thesis we conclude that for companies, which realize their investments and won't refinance it with next emission of funds are bank loans clearly preferable option. The thesis brings evaluation of real investment plans and choice of foreign funding sources. It can help as a simplified template for decision making about these funding sources.

The Analysis of Longterm Assets Acquisition with a Focus on Leasing.

This master thesis is concerned with the analysis of methods of fixed assets acquisition, with a focus on leasing. Its aim is to evaluate the acquisition of fixed assets through leasing in comparison with alternative forms in the limited liability company Servistrade s.r.o. in terms of the financial resource provider. The theoretical part describes fixed assets, their classification, leasing, alternative forms of property acquisition and comparison thereof. The practical part begins with the characteristics of Servistrade s. r. o. The analysis is made upon the actual data submitted by the company. For the fixed assets acquisition, the company may provide leasing, instalment sale or bank loan. Evaluation of the best variant of assets acquisition (from the Servistrade provider?s viewpoint) was done in terms of cash flow, income tax and VAT. The evaluation was also conducted from the perspective of the tenant MMC Pardubice s. r. o.
