Protection of The Information in The Organization

Protection of information and knowledge in organization in the context of the tumultuous development of information technology has become one of the most important areas where attention is directed by experts and the general public. It is a very large problem, affecting virtually all areas of the economy, with forays into the private lives of owners, members and employees of the organization. The protection of information and knowledge can be only regarded as data protection, as is generally perceived, but also to protect other assets of the organization, especially intangible assets. For this reason, the theoretical part deals with the legal aspects of privacy issues in the field of labor relations and on issues of definition and protection of intangible assets and intellectual property. The practical part of the survey focused on information security in the Czech Republic. The first part compares the state of the most common security incidents and threats in the Slovak Republic in 2008 and in the Czech Repubic in 2009, formulates recommendations and ways to prevent against the occurrence of security incidents. The second part compares the practical part of the state of information security in the CR between 2007 and 2009 under the headings of the respondents carried out the survey. The conclusion of this section summarizes the status of the security situation in those years and points to new aspects. The third part of the practical part is based on direct involvement in the preparation and implementation of the project PSIB for the period 2010 and 2011. It describes the status, methods of procedure and method of implementation in concrete terms PSIB by DSM. It points to some problems in the practical implementation of research and suggests possible approaches to their solution. The conclusion includes suggestions and recommendations for the realization of the information in the surveyed areas, as well as changes and measures aimed at effective implementation of that survey.

Payroll accounting

The graduation thesis focuses on wage problems and related areas. The main aim is to define basic principles of payroll accounting and to give a compact view of wage related problems. Individual chapters focus on problems of labour-law relations, remuneration, social and health insurance, income tax and payroll deductions. Each chapter also contains a part with accounting of the problems mentioned; the last chapter contains practical examples of wage calculation according to payroll legislation valid in the year 2010. The thesis concludes with the most important changes in payroll legislation in recent years.

Payroll acounting

My bachelor thesis focuses on payroll accounting. In the first sections, it deals with labor relations, health and social insurance and income tax. The thesis also identifies the calculation of wages and billings. The main purpose of the thesis is to show various ways of accounting that are connected with employees. It describes the labor costs as well as the benefits, insurances and travelling expenses. It also offers point of views from the international reporting standards as well as the wage statistics. Practical part of the thesis explains employee expenses and also identifies different ways to calculate and post wages.

The wage problems from the accounting and tax point of view

The main topic of my thesis is the wage problems from the accounting and tax point of view. First I summarize labour law relations and the arrangements performed outside of the employment contract. A large part of this thesis is devoted to payroll matters, namely providing and paying wages. The next chapter deals with the problems of health insurance and social insurance. The following chapter is devoted to personal income tax and fringe benefits valid until 1.1.2011. The individual chapters provide examples for better understanding. In conclusion I try to describe the methods of calculating wages. My intention is to bring the main principles of wage problems closer to the extensive area of laws and to provide easier orientation in payroll accounting and the conditions of legal regulations in the Czech Republic

Internal Regulations, Organizational Rules and Instructions of the Employer, their Meaning and Enforceability

The thesis deals with the significance and obligations of organizational rules, conditions of employment, internal regulations and directives as a mandatory and required part of the employment relationship and additional employment contracts, contracts of work and work arrangements. The first theoretical part describes sources of labor law, defines subjects of the employment relationship, internal regulations and there is also described possible enforcement of contions of employment. It deals with a workflow of creation of control acts. In the second part there are explained new conditions of employment of an existing company. There are also analyzed conditions of employment of another company and afterwards both conditions of employment are compared. The following methods are used -- descriptive method, legal interpretation, analytical and comparative method. The aim of this thesis is to give the reader an overview about employer's internal regulations and their usefulness.

Sexuální obtěžování a jiné druhy dikriminace v pracovněprávních vztazích

Tato bakalářská práce je vypracována na téma Sexuální obtěžování a jiné druhy diskriminace v pracovněprávních vztazích. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části ? teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny nejdůležitější pojmy, které souvisí s diskriminací. Dále jsou uvedeny zákonné úpravy týkající se oblasti diskriminace. Je zde zmíněno mezinárodní právo, právo platné v Evropské unii a právní úpravy České republiky. Další části jsou věnovány problematice diskriminace se zaměřením na mobbing a sexuální obtěžování. V praktické části je srovnání právní úpravy v ČR a EU. Dále je uvedeno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno na vzorku studentů. Poslední část je věnována úřadům práce a inspektorátům práce a jejich využití. V závěru je shrnut problém diskriminace a sexuálního obtěžování v pracovněprávních vztazích.

Pracovněprávní vztahy ve státní správě v ČR a jejich další směřování

Bakalářská práce vymezuje pojem právních vztahů, dále vymezuje základní právní vztahy ve státní správě, podrobněji analyzuje služební pracovní poměry a základní principy státní služby v ČR a v Evropě. Práce obsahuje rozbor části zákona č. 218/2002 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů a komparaci se slovenským zákonem č. 312/2001 Z.z., ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Práce nastiňuje vývoj právní úpravy služebních poměrů v ČR do budoucna.

Odpovědnost v pracovněprávních vztazích

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice odpovědnosti v pracovněprávních vztazích. V obecném úvodu jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako je odpovědnost a pracovněprávní vztah. Další části rozebírají jednotlivé druhy odpovědnosti ve vztahu k zaměstnanci a zaměstnavateli. Samostatná kapitola je věnován bezdůvodnému obohacení s aplikací na pracovní právo. Pro objasnění některých pojmů jsou použita rozhodnutí ze soudní praxe. Součástí práce je případová studie, která ukazuje, jak jsou některé druhy odpovědnosti zajišťovány a prosazovány v podnikatelské sféře.
