Energy use of the facade
Salajka, Radek ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The main motive of this master's thesis is expanding awareness of ventilated facades and their use and comparison with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). I mention this in theoretical research. As an expansion to theory and a key theme of this thesis is a description of individual physical events present on the facade and in it's ventilated gap based on data output from measurement. The data gathering was made by a group of professionals who have done an on-point facade measurement on a real ventilated facade throughout a year - more detail in text. I personally have been a part of a research team and I describe my work and research in detail in the third part of this master's thesis - experimental part. In practical part I devote myself to use our new knowledge on a given building. More precisely - I use numerical calculations to present energy use of of given facade in comparison with ETICS on the same building with the same boundary conditions.
Kindergarten
Bíla, Martin ; Vlach, František (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare design documentation for the construction of a kindergarten in Velká Bíteš. The object is designed as a detached, two above-ground floors, and non-basement building. It is located on a fairly flat terrain near the central part of the city. Kindergarten building has four sections for children. Each section is for twenty children, a total of eighty children are designed for the object. The structural system of the object is a longitudinal wall, made of hollow brick heluz. The building is equipped with contact insulation made of EPS (ETICS). Floor structure is solved as a consist of prestressed hollow core slabs spiroll. In the 2nd floor there is a walkable terrace with a growing layer. The flat roof of the object is warm extensive green roof with walkable concrete parts with photovoltaic panels. Part of the work is also an assessment from the point of view of building physics and fire safety.
Návrh dřevostavby rodinného domu v obci Tvarožná
Májek, Pavel
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a wooden family house on a concrete plot in the village of Tvarožná and the elaboration of the project documentation to the extent necessary for the construction to be in accordance with the normative and legislative requirements valid in the Czech Republic. It is a detached, partially basement, framed wooden building with a gable roof, covered parking for one automobile and an outdoor terrace. At the same time, the local requirements of the municipal plan, the conditions of the building authorities in the given location and the investor's requirements were respected. An integral part of the work is a textual part supplemented with visualizations and the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient of the building's external and roof structures. In conclusion a rough assessment of the proposed timber structure is set based on the orientational prices of the budget indicators of building objects according to the units of measurement for the first half of 2019.
Multifunctional house in Strakonice
Kolesa, Jiří ; Rozehnal, Miroslav (referee) ; Štěpánek, Ladislav (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.
Analysis of Technical Requirements for Buildings with Focus on Building Physics
Gábrová, Lenka ; Superatová, Alena (referee) ; Čupr, Karel (advisor)
The Thesis "Analysis of Technical Requirements for Buildings with focus on Building Physics" deals with the solution of masonry and monolithic residential buildings in terms of building physic requirements primarily listed in Decree No.268/2009 Coll and in Czech technical standards.
Kindergarten
Doležal, Lukáš ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The diploma thesis on the topic Kindergarten is processed in the form of project documentation for the implementation of the building. The building is designed to plot 12288 in the cadastral Vsetín. It is a new kindergarten with two floors. The building is brick, It is covered by single-layer flat roof. The building contains three classes for a total of 75 children, also has its own kitchen and pottery.
Multifunctional building in Litovel
Obrátil, Pavel ; Podsedník, Petr (referee) ; Čupr, Karel (advisor)
The diploma thesis was elaborated for as part of design documentation for new multifunctional building in Litovel. The building will be used for purposes of bus and train station, another way for administration purposes. The building contains the second and a third floor with a modern look suitably fits into the surrounding countryside. The significant emphasis was on both nice appearance of the building, so the correct process engineering and dispositional solution. The building is designed so that in terms of design and implementation easily accomplishable. Furthermore, to meet all the requirements for building physics and fire safety. During seminar work was solved problems of summer overheating of the room situated on the south side of the building. For the preparation of project documentation for construction was used CAD software and specialized software for structural calculations of statics and construction.
Familly house
Musilová, Dagmar ; Janovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of the family house. The first part is devoted to the description of the location of the structure, the orientation of the building to its surroundings and the building structures each object in the technical reports. The second part is devoted to the construction drawings and the conclusion is solved evaluation of the object in terms of fire safety solutions and building physics which shows the energy intensity of buildings.
Variabilita koeficientů difuze vodní páry ve dřevě a její vliv na vlhkostní pole uvnitř vybrané konstrukce
Maňák, Ondřej
Hygroscopic properties of wood have significant impact on water vapor diffusion in this material. For the description of this phenomenon the water vapor permeability dependence on relative humidity or partial water vapor pressure can be used. Analytical expression of the diffusion coefficient of wood was modified in order to obtain values for the water vapor permeability. For the verification a cup method experiment at 25, 62.5 and 75% average relative humidity was performed and the results were compared to other researches. Calculated data formed the input of a numerical model, in which a stationary linear analysis with a nonlinear analysis was compared, taking the variability of diffusion properties into account in the construction details of vapor diffusion-open timber constructions. Differences in moisture fields were shown, which in some cases lead to underestimation of the risk of condensation or degradation of wood components in the building envelope, in other cases point to the actual better ability of wooden structures to divert moisture from the interior to the exterior of the building.
Optimalizace dřevostavby rodinného domu do pasivního standardu
Fukal, David
This diploma thesis deals with the design and blueprints for timber buildings according to principles for design of passive buildings. The structure is designed as diffusion-open. Individual compositions were assessed according to building physics and financial calculations of material costs were made. This thesis compares various possible options for improving energy concept of the house including internal building technology. The clever design and optimization of structures made reduction of specific heat needed for heating and other parameters to desired values for passive houses to achieve modern and healthy living possible.
