Possibilities of use brown coal settling lagoons for nature protection.

Six study plots of different age and management located on brown coal combustion by-products from Ledvice power plant were chosen for aculea (wasps and bees) investigation. Data were collected by Moericky pan traps from May to August 2015. In total, 283 individuals of 70 species belonging to 9 families were determined. Ten species listed in Red list (3 species critical endangered, 3 species endangered, 4 species vulnerable). Strictly on reclaimed area was preferred by 8 species (52 individuals), strictly on succession area was found 23 species (132 individuals) and in total on non reclaimed areas (succession areas + areas without vegetation) was found 62 species (231 individuals).

V roce 2006 byla hodnocena biodiverzita a abiotické parametry mikrobiotických krust pěti rudných odkališť (Ostrov II, Měděnec, Dvůr Králové, Radvanice, Chvaletice). Byla vyhodnocena data o diverzitě těchto odkalištních ploch za roky 2005 a 2006 a statistické hodnocení vlivu jednotlivých abiotických parametrů na krustové mikroorganismy (cyanobakterie, řasy, mikroskopické houby, lišejníky a mechorosty). Byly provedeny a vyhodnoceny manipulační pokusy (inokulace biomasou nitrogenující cyanobakterie rodu Nostoc na trvalých plochách ve Chvaleticích a Ralsku) na klíčení pionýrských revitalizačních dřevin. Byl proveden odečet dat z trvalých ploch zaměřených na výzkum vlivu mechanické disturbance na mikrobiotické krusty (Chvaletice, Ralsko) po skončení vegetační sezóny. Byly hodnoceny vysazovací pokusy na trvalých plochách po experimentální mechanické disturbanci a inokulačních experimentech. Průběžně byly stanovovány abiotické faktory (fyzikálně-chemické parametry, toxické prvky, živiny, ekofyziologické parametry) jednotlivých výzkumných ploch. Průběžně byly sledovány (odběry, hodnocení diverzity, měření abiotických faktorů) srovnávací antropogenní substráty a zemědělské půdy. Sledované lokality: Dvůr Králové (odkaliště), Chvaletice (odkaliště), Měděnec (odkaliště), Netluty (pastvina pro chov koní), Ostrov II (odkaliště), Ralsko (dříve vojenské letiště), Radvanice (odkaliště).

V roce 2005 byl studován soubor dvanácti lokalit - tři přírodní stanoviště, pět odkališť, dvě výsypky a dvě kulturní plochy. Předběžné výsledky jednotlivých pracovních skupin: algologické, mykologické, bryologicko-lichenologické a geobotanické.

V rámci jednotlivých kapitol jsou pak uvedeny i specifické metodiky. Návrh metodiky Monitoring a management antropogenních toxických substrátů rudních a strusko-popílkových odkališť bez souvislého vegetačního pokryvu.

CLASSIFICATION OF STATEMENT OF WASTEPOND MAPE THROUGH THE USE OF THE CHOSEN MARKERS OF BACKGROUND

The main point of the bachelor´ s writing was to analyse the stand of wastepond after the mining uranic ores. This analysis was attached by chosen indicators of the background. Little land mammals were chosen as an indicator. The samples were gained through trapping to the collapsible traps and then they were stored in the freezer. The gathered material was sent for the analysis of the chosen microelements (As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Zn). The analysis was provided by ANECLAB s.r.o. in České Budějovice. Next the problem of rescue and recultivation of watched landscape was analysed. The accomplishments of working describe the stand of the wastepond DIAMO s.p. in light of ecological stability of the formation in the landscape and the influence of recultivation on the surrounding watched biota and consequential comprehension of the areas to the landscape.

The ants of anthropogenic habitats

The first part of this thesis is a review of post-mining sites and human-made deposits and their potential as a habitat surrogate for ants. The second part consists of my own survey of two(unreclaimed and reclaimed) ash-slag sedimentation basins and two seminatural control localities near České Budějovice. Achieved aim of my study was to evaluate the effect of postindustrial areas on the composition of ant fauna.

Measure for protection of inhabitans in case of occurrence of a special flood on the selected water work of the 3rd category

The topic of my thesis is: {\clqq}Measure for protection of inhabitans in case of occurrence of a special flood on the selected water work of the 3rd category``. A special flood is flood caused by a defect or accident (rupture of the dam of the water work increasing the water level or accumulating water) or by emergency solution of a critical situation on the water work causing the occurrence of an extraordinary event (crisis situation) on the territory underneath the water work. For the elaboration of my thesis I selected the {\clqq}sludge bed in Hodějovice`` water work, the owner and operator of which is the Heating Plan České Budějovice a.s. (shar. Comp.). In case of occurence of a special flood, the local parts of České Budějovice, Mladé and Nové Hodějovice would be endangered. To prevent the unnecessary damage to health or even loss of life, the plan of protection for the territory underneath the water work from a special flood had to be elaborated. My task was to evaluate the sufficiency of this documentation and to supplement passibly the necessary data by the local examination and anylysis of the documents and the suggest additional protective measures.
