Heat and mass balance of up-to-date laundry premise
Galčáková, Alena ; Kšenzuliak, Vladimír (referee) ; Bobák, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis is solving a problem of energy intensity evaluation of professional laundry process. It presents computational model of tumble dryer and calender. There are described factors in calender model, which influence energy intensity of drying process. Verification of the model has been done according to measured data from real professional laundry premise.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement
Hálová, Kristína ; Vránová, Marta (referee) ; Pernica, Martin (advisor)
This B. A. thesis is focused on the financial evaluation of czech engeneering company for the 2011 – 2014 period, based on the financial analysis indicators. Based on this analysis the improvements of the company’s current situation will be proposed. Data were drawn on financial statements, which are public documents and internal ressources. The thesis is dividend into three parts. The theoretical part describe basic terms and methods of financial analysis, which are used for evaluation of company performance. In practical part, these methods are applied on the company and detected weakness parts. According to gained informations are proposed measures to improvement the financial situation.
CARBON AND NITROGEN POOLS AND FLUXES OF TWO FOREST ECOSYSTEMS IN THE ORE MOUNTAINS
Růžek, Michal ; Oulehle, Filip (advisor) ; Tahovská, Karolina (referee)
CARBON AND NITROGEN POOLS AND FLUXES OF TWO FOREST ECOSYSTEMS IN THE ORE MOUNTAINS With increasing atmospheric CO2 concentrations, forest ecosystems are considered for their sequestration ability. However, there are differences between coniferous and deciduous tree species in their impact on the carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) fluxes within forest ecosystems, which influence soil carbon and nitrogen pools. In natural beech and monoculture spruce stands on research sites of Czech Geological Survey in the Ore Mountains, C and N fluxes and pools were investigated. There were investigated ecosystem inputs (C, N, in throughfall, litterfall) as well as outputs (soil respiration, concentrations of C, N in seepage water discharge). Further, C and N pools of living biomass and soils were determined. Throughfall DOC was significantly higher in the spruce stand, on the other hand litterfall C flux showed the opposite relationship. At output, DOC, DON and NH4 + discharge fluxes from O horizon were significantly higher in the spruce stand whereas in the beech stand higher NO3 - flux from mineral soil was recorded. Soil respiration was quite similar in the both stands, however different parts of original sources of respiration among tree species were different. Beech stand has larger pools of carbon and nitrogen in...

Analýza obchodních vztahů Evropské unie s Brazílií
Machačová, Lucie
Main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze trade relations between EU and Brazil. In the first part of the thesis there is review of literature of the applied trade policies, the importance of the parties in the world trade and development of the mutual trade relations. Subsequently the development of the free trade agreement talks between EU and Mercosur in which Brazil plays crucial role is described. Also problematic topics of the negotiations are analysed. Second part of the thesis consists of the analysis of the dynamics and structure of mutual trade between EU and Brazil as well as between EU and Mercosur. At the end there is analysed mutual relation of EU and Brazil at the multilateral level, specifically at the WTO. Obtained information are discussed and possible recommendations are suggested in the conclusion.
The potential of biogas in the Czech Republic and opportunities for increasing efficiency of biogas stations
Dvořák, Lukáš ; Lisá, Hana (referee) ; Milčák, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with mapping of potential a biogas in the Czech Republic and compareses biogas purification technologies. The balance calculations are performed in this thesis which determine the current situation biogas production in the Czech Republic in 2017. There are recommendation for increasing efficiency of biogas stations.

In an Apartment in a small town, Mikulov
Solár, Michal ; Kozelský, Tomáš (referee) ; Hora, Jan (advisor)
The concept is based on the historical development of the plot and the city as such. Historically, the area has been defined by self-help and without clearly specified dogmatic guidelines. It is thanks to this that the city is enriched with moments that do not fulfill only the aesthetic or spiritual, but also the functional nature of the city. The moment of surprise and certain visas enriches the interior of the yard as well as the city. At first glance, such annoying spaces have a certain quality, caused by the play of light or the overall concept of space. An important feature of the object is the moment of surprise from the perceived space. The transition from a clearly defined ground floor to the rear, at first glance, irrational courtyard is enhanced by a passage, which also refers to the typical division of the small town house. ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION The principle of layering of individual spaces clearly reflects the moments of surprise. By specific fragmentation of the building, a character that resembles rather a family house as a residential object, spaces of different quality and utilization are created. The lower dwellings have a spatially and optically separated garden from the total mass, with the top terrace being terraces which are optically linked to the courtyard, but are not accessible to the public. The apartments in the attic have mostly urban character. This creates the principle of co-existence, which is typical of the whole area of the city. The layering is evident in the distribution of flats with different connections to gardens and terraces as well as the variety of housing units. The spirit of the place is a standing cellar that reflects the historical transformation of the parcel and is a symbol of the locality.
