The theme of of this bachelor thesis is the analysis the current state of a selected company, focusing on securing and enforcement of receivables. In the theoretical part is the substance of the contractual relationships in which receivables usually arise. The theoretical part discusses the emergence of receivables, collateral, prescription and enforcement of judicial and non-judicial. Receivables are characterized from an accounting and tax perspective. The analytical part contains a presentation of the company and analyze the current state debt collection company. The conclusion presented solutions that should help to reduce the risk of overdue debts in the selected company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of debt collection overdue. The theoretical part deals with the creation, dissolution, ensuring of limitation, by way of debt collection - whether out of court or judicial enforcement, execution.There is analyzed the turnover of receivables and receivables from the tax and accounting purposes too. The analytical part of the paper analyzes the current status of receivables entrepreneur Michal Šidlo resides and of the method of enforcing its claims. The last part provides ways to ensure a recovery that business might use to assess their advantages of time and financial considerations and proposals for measures to prevent problematic loans.

Then it deals with analysis of the debts and obligations concrete enterpreneur and demonstrates condition of the debts after maturity of this enterpreneur. On the base of recognized informations is selected the most effective way of debts collection of enterpreneur MOHLIS,druzstvo.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of securing of two non-monetary obligations for businesswoman Jana Kratochvílová in order to fulfill the obligations properly and in time. The first non-monetary obligation from the contract for work is a reconstruction of salesroom, the second non-monetary obligation is a delivery of new stationery from sales contract. In my work, ways of securing are analyzed and then the type of security, which would be in my opinion the most suitable for the businesswoman, is suggested.

The theoretical part of thesis deals with not only recovery of debt, but also the reasons behind debt occurence, therefore the creation, debt security and termination debt. Finnaly, it recommended an effectvie way of recovery and proposed preventive measures against the occurrence of overdue debts.
