Structure and Properties of Selected Magnesium Cast Alloys
Svozil, Libor ; Pacal, Bohumil (referee) ; Podrábský, Tomáš (advisor)
Microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy after die cast (casting under pressure) and squeeze casting were comparated. The compare of incident phases, their microhardness, gas bubbles in the alloy, hardness and other mechanical properties of alloy are included in this work. For compare has been used a light microscopy, tensile test, hardness and microhardness measurements, image analysis and scaning electron microscopy.
Influence of Homogenizing on Mechanical Properties of AZ91 Alloy
Provazníková, Andrea ; Liškutín, Petr (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis includes photos and graphic representations of the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ91. The structures of the alloy are recorded on the light microscopy pictures as well as photographs taken using a scanning microscope of fracture areas in the material. Results of a Tensile Test determining the strength and plastic properties and measuring of hardness and microhardness of the material are also included.
Voskové povrchové úpravy
Šeda, Květoslav
The work deals with surface finishes when finishing wood-based material with classical and contemporary paints. The aim is to analyze the properties of coatings and to compare physical-mechanical, environmental, and appearance characteristics of contemporary coatings based on wax. The result is a comparison of the values observed for the use of paints and their deposition.
Povrchová úprava dřevěných fasád
Slováčková, Hana
This thesis deals with monitoring changes in surface finishing of spruce and larch wood in outdoors. Using outdoor weathering tests the properties of two kinds of paints were tested by - a thin glaze and oil paint, two shades from each. In this work, the influence of the composition of the paint on its durability and light fastness was examined. This issue is closely related to the resistance of coatings to weathering, including solar radiation (UVA and UVB), atmospheric oxygen, relative humidity, temperature, precipitation, biological attack, chemical impacts (air pollution, acid rain, etc.).
Vplyv receptúry na farebnosť a kvalitu cestovín
Kubečková, Hana
Goal of this thesis was to formulate and create pasta from spelt products with diferent recipies. 14 recipies of pasta were created, 7 for each of color-flavouring agent. There were made from spelt bran, soft spelt white flour, spelt wholegrain flour, color-flavouring agent eithet spinach powder or red beet powder, salt and water. Color-flavouring agent spinach was labeled as "A", red beet powder as "B". In recipies 1A/B -- 4A/B, the main variable part of the recipe was wheat bran, flour was added as residual to the 500 g of whole mixture. 3% of spinach/red beet powder was used constantly. In recipies 5A/B -- 7A/B the wholegrain spelt flour was used as constant part, variable part was addition of spinach/red beet powder with aim to study the changing properties of pasta with increasing percentge of color-flavouring agent. As methods to evaulate the quality of pasta were selected measuring of color by spectrometer, measuring of frigidity and sensory analysis. The best recipe seemed to be the one from wholegrain flour with addition of 3% of color-flavourinf agent.
Vliv dlouhodobě působící zvýšené teploty prostředí na vlastnosti povrchových úprav
Zavadil, Zbyněk
The thesis is focused on the effect of long-acting high temperature environment on the properties of transparent finishes lacquers. Samples of oak, beech and spruce wood are finished with transparent acrylic waterborne dispersion of a transparent two-component polyurethane coat. The samples coated with the surface film are exposed to temperature of 100 ° C for 28 days. Physical-mechanical properties of coating films are laboratory verified after seven days. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of measured values that are obtained by the methods ČSN and EN.
Measurement of material hardness focused on metallic materials by dynamic method and using mobile hardness tester DHT-100
KOCH, Karel
During introduction this work describes dynamic method of hardness measurement particularly with focus on DHT-100 hardness tester. In the next part, history and development of hardness testing is being mentioned. Practical part of this work is dedicated to comparison of dynamic method with other known methods of hardness testing. Aim of this work was also to create work instructions for usage and measurements done by DHT-100 hardness tester. The work instructions are being described and introduced in practical part as well.
