Investment analysis of Lockheed Martin stock

This bachelor thesis is focused on the fundamental analysis of Lockheed Martin stock. Fundamental analysis is divided into three main levels - global, sectoral, and corporate level. These levels correspond to three main chapters. In the first chapter we will examine the scale of macroeconomic impact on the stock market, in the second chapter we will explore the arms industry branch and the third chapter will focus on value calculation of the stock we picked. The conclusion will be an investment recommendation for a specific title. The outcome of this his work is a complex assessment of the stock title and its attractiveness to investors.
Portfolio Investment in the Shares of European Airlines

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on fundamental stock analysis of eurozone airline companies, their intercompany comparation and their verification considering possibility of bankruptcy. In the theoritical part are explained methods of fundamental analysis and theoritical information related to collective investing and hedge funds. In the practical part is created an analysis and a comparation of these companies. Then there is in the practical part a calculated model of bankruptcy for each company. In the next chapter there is created investment recommendation based on acquired data.

Selected shares of the automotive industry in the European Union will be compared.The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis describes the procedures that are applied in the practical part on the analyzed shares of the companies using information from public sources. At the end of the thesis, according to the most frequent analyzes, the best investment recommendation is made.
Fundamental analysis of selected stock title

The aim of this diploma thesis is to do a fundamental analysis of selected stock title. The main part of thesis is the implementation of the theoretical experience in global, sectoral and corporate analysis. It will be determined intrinsic value of shares of company Philip Morris CR, Inc. In first will be calculated three input that are needed for further calculations. The second step is the calculation of the intrinsic value of the shares of several models. The chosen methods are single-step dividend discount model, Free Cash Flow to Equity and two historical models. Finally, it will be proposed investment recommendations based on the comparison of the actual values based on market prices.
Fundamental analysis of the company O2 Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on theoretical familiarization with fundamental analysis and its practical implementation on shares of O2 Czech Republic company. The aim is to determine intrinsic value of O2 shares and to suggest investment recommendation. First in the global analysis I examined in the dependence of macroeconomic factors and the market price of shares with their long-term development. With the sector analysis I characterized telecommunications sector by its market structure or regulations. In the fundamental analysis of the company I focused on models used for determining the intristic value of the shares and I calculated the intrinsic value, which I then compared with the current market price of the share. At the end I mentioned the split of the O2 Czech Republic company, which happened in 2015, and I compared selected indicators before and after the split.
Fundamental analysis of a share of Pegas Nonwovens

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the fundamental analysis of a share of Pegas Nonwovens company. It consists of three parts: the first (global) part examines how major macroeconomic variables (interest rate, inflation, money supply, GDP) influence share prices. The second chapter describes characteristic factors of nonwovens industry which may also affect analyzed share. It's for example cyclicality of the business cycle or competitive environment. At the third, lowest level the corporate fundamentals are introduced. Using various models, I calculate the intrinsic value and in comparison with the market price I determine the valuation of shares. The aim should be the formulation of investment recommendation to buy or sell Pegas shares.

Next part is empirical and there is carried out analysis of telecommunication sector of Visegrad group countries. Of the basis of ascertain data from sector analysis is created investment recommendation.

Mikulášová Lucie, Use assured funds to investment. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014. Bachelor's thesis deals with a topic of assured funds as a form of collective investment. The first part of thesis defines different methods used for comparison of mutual funds. The second part focuses on Czech market of assured funds and there are also identified investment companies offering assured funds in the Czech Republic. The third part of thesis compares different structures of assured funds. There is defined a relation between chosen attributes and fund performance and the fund performance is predicted using machine learning techniques. The principal aim of this thesis is to make an investment recommendation for investors with different attitude towards the risk.
Insider dealing and market manipulation

The issue of capital market protection, especially from manipulation with financial instruments' prices and abuse of inside information, forms the content of this diploma thesis. After the legal introduction of market manipulation in EU directives and regulations, which gives manipulation relevant context, there follows the analysis of particular forms of manipulation, which can be used to influence prices of investment instruments. Then, analysis of impact of investment recommendation to selected stock prices (i.e. NWR, ERSTE and Telefónica O2), which are traded on Czech stock market RM-System, is performed. Final chapter of the thesis handles the analysis of some market manipulation and insider trading cases from the past, together with the discussion of impacts of stricter regulation of financial markets to their efficient functioning.
