Renewal of cadastre documentation by new cadastral mapping with digital field sketching

The aim of this work is to acquaint the reader with the problems of field sketching at renewal of cadastre documentation by new cadastral mapping on the tablet. Terrain data was processed using a program MapOO that was at the testing phase during mapping. Part of the work is a description of all planning before mapping itself and also assessing the time consuming use of the tablet in the field and subsequent data processing on a computer. This work can be an asset and inspiration for other cadastral territories that will be processed by this method.

Making of the survey sketch in accordance with valid regulations for use in the land registry in district Brno-country

This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a survey sketch for marking the perimeter of the building and changing the boundaries of the land. The work contains information about the location, the equipment used, the methods used in the measurement and other theoretical information related to the creation of survey sketches. The final output is a survey sketch with all the details, prepared according to valid decree no. 346/2022 Coll., amending decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral degree). The survey sketch was prepared based on the real situation in the field and is suitable for confirmation by the relevant cadastral office.

Development of legal relations to real estate in the Czech Republic and Europe

This bachelor´s thesis deals with development of legal relations to real estate in the Czech Republic and Europe. It is divided into theoretical part contain brief literary research. The first section is devoted to the definition of basic concepts related to the topic. The following section describes the historical records of Czech cadastres up to the present. Research also introduces the basic factors that influence land tenure. The conclusion of the theoretical research contains an introduction to the development of property rights in the Czech Republic and Europe. The practical part is focused on selected cadastral areas, specifically Lovětín near Třešť and Bezděčín in Moravia. In the introduction of the practical part there is a more characteristic description of selected localities. The major focus of the practical part is the analysis of the development of legal relations to real estate in selected areas. The analysis of land tenure is performed in two periods, the Stable Cadastre and the current Real Estate Cadastre. Periods are compared with each other and then processed. At the end of the practical part there is a brief summary of the results.

Revision of Cadastre Documentation

This bachelor thesis deals with activities in the revision of real estate cadastre data from the perspective of an employee of the Cadastral Office. The first part introduces the issue and the course of the revision of the real estate cadastral data with a link to legal regulations. The second part is devoted to the description of the activities of the Cadastral Office Brno - město in the revision of data performed in the cadastral area of Brněnské Ivanovice. The obtained data were processed into clear graphs and analyzed.
