The bachelor thesis deals with proposals to streamlining of processes in production projects. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to this work. The practical part analyzes documentation of project and repeatedly rising mistakes during the project. There are proposed actions for elimination of mistakes and streamlining of project. In conclusion, there are evaluated the benefits for company.

This thesis looks into study of order processing in company, specifically in ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. The theoretical part includes main basis from sector of production management and logistics. The analytical part describes company as a whole, analyzes current state of order processing in this company and evaluates it. In the pactical part of the project are mentioned informations about the company B&Q and is made own proposal to optimalize process of particular order.

In this work I focus on analysis of ongoing realization of projec „“Revitalisation of location „Na Kněžsku“ which is deal with reconstruction current retention reservoir in Kateřince and after that I use this finding direction about pre-realization stage of future project of construction of new reservoir with poder also in Kateřince in the area “Za pilou“. The aim of work is optimization course of action in this stage of project towards to time and money savings.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is to make a draft of process of contract in the company to maximum satisfaction with a focus on delivery schedules, quality and costs. Specifically in the company Cimbria HMD Ltd. Litomyšl which deals with manufacturing and servicing of after-harvest machinery. The theoretical part deals with information about project management. According to identified deficiencies from analysis of the current status of the contract, I deal with on its improvement.

This bachelor thesis focuses on making of business plan expansion of company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes making of business plan. The following part is analytic which makes any conclusions for solution in third part. This thesis tries to find some opportunities and weaknesses in production part of company and after that it suggests bussiness plan that would help company to improve sales, quality of products and stabilize position on czech and also foreign market.

The Proposal of Business Plan for Further Development of the Company

The bachelor’s thesis is development draft of company Svovaltrend s.r.o., which is focused on civil engineering, especially on building renovation. Draft reacts on current economic situation and on civil engineering market gaps. The draft seeks to solve these unfavorable economic conditions with three possibilities. It is considered the possibility of ending the current activity in the construction industry, using company property to rent factory buildings and their conversion to the garage, the second option is the status of the multi apartment building, which could either lease or sold individual apartments and the third option is to create Internet shop in the company.
