THE THEME IS OF THE STUDY AND DOCUMENTATION THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW BUILDING OF THE INTEGRATED RESCUE SYSTEM – STATION TYPE P1. THE FIRE STATION IS DESIGNED INTO THREE OPERATING UNITS. THE MAIN ACCESS TO THE BUILDING IS IN THE 1ST FLOOR ADMINISTRATIVE AREA IN THE SOUTH-EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THIS PART OF THE BUILDING HAS 2 FLOORS. THE OBJECT CONTINUES TO THE SOUTHEAST TOWARDS THE PATH OF THE GARAGE WITH 5 SPACES. ON THE NORTHWEST EDGE OF THE OBJECT IS A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND WITH A DISHWASHER AND A DRYER. TO DEVELOP OVER THE OBJECT PERSONAL VISITS FROM TWO FIRE STATIONS. ONE REGIONAL IN CESKE BUDEJOVICE AND SECOND DISTRICT IN TÝN NAD VLTAVOU. FOR INSPECTION AND UNDERSTANDING PROPOSAL FOR A NEW FIRE STATION ALSO HELPED TOUR OF DOCUMENTATION PROJECT ALREADY MADE ON CONSTRUCTION FIRE STATION IN MARIANSKE LAZNE AND FRYMBURK.

Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission The Diploma Thesis Zuzana Jílková Abstract The Diploma Thesis entitled "Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission" presents an analysis of the concept of the "neighbour" in the individual procedures to grant a planning permission under the Building Act, namely the planning permission proceedings, the summary planning permission proceedings, the planning consent issuance, the conclusion of a public contract and the regulatory plan issuance. Procedural rights of the neighbour are analysed in detail. The neighbour, in its capacity as an interested person, may actively use these rights and thereby influence the course and outcome of the proceedings. The thesis focuses primarily on the planning permission proceedings and objections which neighbours may raise against the construction project under the conditions set out in the Building Act. The aim of the thesis is to create an image of the neighbour by means of an analysis of the various procedures and to outline the problematic aspects of the current legislation regarding in particular the defence before the administrative courts in the simplified procedures. This Diploma thesis covers the topic of marketing strategy of the Czech company GRANO Skuteč spol. s r.o. for entering the Austrian market. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on the process of planning a marketing strategy a of a building construction company. The practical part deals with the particular case of planning the marketing strategy for the company GRANO Skuteč spol. s r.o. Analyzes of the macro and micro environment are used to find the best solution, which recommended at the end of the thesis.

Business plan – climbing center

This Master´s thesis deals with creating a business plan, which covers the construction of a climbing centre in Vrchlabí. The goal of the thesis is to assess the feasibility of the project based on the created business plan. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part, deals with a difference between an entrepreneur and a relationship of employment, reasons to run a business, but above all, reasons for creating a business plan and its structure. The practical part includes a business plan itself with a detailed structure of the whole project, a financial plan and all necessary steps and actions that need to be done for its successful realization. The greatest emphasis is placed on the analysis of potential customers as a key factor of the success of the project. Evaluation of the project profitability and success in existing conditions comes in the conclusion of the thesis.

Production of components "Key pouch"

The main aim of this thesis is the production of injection moulds for a given component key pouch. The first part of the work describes the basic division of plastics, plastic injection technology and principles of mould construction. The second part deals with actual mould construction processed in Solidworks. The drawing documentation is the output. In conclusi-on, an economic evaluation is completed that will provide approximate cost of production moulds.

Detached house with an establishment

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house with business premises. The building is situated at the outskirts of the settled area of a town Uhersky Brod - Ujezdec. The proposed building consists of two parts, the family house and the part designated for business purposes. It is a three-storey building with a basement, customised to accommodate 4 persons. To the business premises belong an office for a financial advisor with necessary annexes including a garage for two automobiles, which is an indispensable part of the building complex. The complex is designed as brick buildings with structural system Porotherm as the vertical supporting construction and for the horizontal supporting construction the Porotherm semi-fitted ceiling system was used. The buildings are designed with flat roofs.

Logistics management of inventory

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of a logistic stock management in the company STOLFIG s.r.o. (Ltd.) that focuses mainly on the construction and production of metal products. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology such as logistics, its management and targets. Nevertheless, most of the theoretical part is focused on the stock, specifically on its characteristics, structuring, management and also risks and costs connected with it.
At the beginning of the practical part, the company is introduced with the focus on the stock characteristics and its management system. The next part analyses the present stock management, particularly the analysis of costs, turnover and liquidity, and an ABC analysis. Attention is also paid to the signal level of the stock, the process of selecting suppliers, an unnecessary stock and a warehousing system. Every part is not only analysed but it is also evaluated whether the present situation is satisfactory or not.
The third part is based on the given analysis and it contains specific recommendations for improvement, namely in the field of the minimum stock determination, evaluation criteria for supplier selection, management with material with no turnover, and also recommendation for changes within the warehouse. The final part is a clear summary of the whole thesis.

The impact of realization investment on company management

The subject of the thesis is evaluation of a biogas station activity and its impact on the entire economy. The theoretical part describes the basics of biogas station functioning and legislation to construct and operate biogas station. Then it focuses on investment theory where basic methods of evaluation of economy efficiency and chosen ratio indexes of financial analysis for company´s evaluation are summerized. In practical part, the methods analyzed in the theoretical part are employed for specific details found in AGROSPOL STARÝ PELHŘIMOV Inc. The outcome of the thesis is a complex summary of impacts of a biogas station construction. Key words: biogas plant, company´s economy, economic efficiency of investment.

Building technology project of the industrial building in Polnička

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the building technology project of the structural work of industrial building belonging to CECHO company in Polnička. The industrial building consists of two building objects, shop floor and office building. The main aim of the thesis is to focus on the time and financial management of the construction, schedule, site equipment management including time schedule of establishment and removal of temporary site equipment objects and their rental costs, transport routes planning, proposal of main building equipment, oversized transport and technological regulations including inspection and test plans of quality. Last but not least, the thesis is also aimed at the itemized budget.
