Prix, Dalibor ; Zezula, M.

It monitors the Slavonic settlement in the municipality and the region before the construction of the early Gothic building and a subsequent construction of a brick church at an older cemetery. The church dating from 1275-1280 was the work of the builders and stonemasons who also built the municipal church in the nearby town of Osoblaha. It was built below the residential castle of Fulštejn for Herbord of Fulštejn, the sewer of Bruno, the Bishop of Olomouc, and it proves the influence of episcopal architecture on the remote Moravian-Silesian borderland.
