The competitiveness of sport centres in České Budějovice

The diploma thesis aims at the firms providing services, especially sport centres offering wide spectrum of sport services, relaxation and often mentioned wellness.The main goal of the diploma thesis was to appraise the competitiveness of sport centres in České Budějovice and give a survey of competitive background. To characterize sport realization in the region of South Bohemia and to recognize customers` requirements were the partial goals of the diploma thesis. To the achievement of the goals there were used the method of questionnaire research, SWOT analysis and Porter`s model method.The suitable arranged questionnaire has served the data describing competitinevess of particular sport centres. I have surveyed the information of the most popular and frequented sport centre. I have cooperated with this sportcentre and it was the basis of the above mentioned analysis.

Expectations of development of tourism in Českobudějovicko

My bachelor thesis is focused on the preconditions of tourism development on Českobudějovicko, particularly Dobrá Voda near České Budějovice, Trocnov and the surrounding area. The work consists of several parts. The first part contains a literature survey, where you can find the theoretical information on the issue of tourism. In the next section was carried out situational analysis, and finally field investigation. Field investigation-I personally asked randomly selected respondents and their responses recorded in the pre-prepared questionnaire. The data was analyzed and evaluated. On the basis of that information was created product package, which aims to active sports on a bike in the area of Dobrá Voda and Trocnov, associated with cognition of cultural and historical landmarks.

The influence of golf sport to the tourism in Southbohemian area

Bachelor thesis presents golf as a wholesome sport activity and conducts the analysis of its influence to the tourism in Southbohemian area. This work highlights the distinctions of this branch and tries to disprove all those numerous rejudices which inhibits the expansion and development of golf at our place. In connection with it, suggestions for contingent innovation were discribed.

Sports - regulation centers and their significance for tourism in Velešín

The main goal of the graduation theses was to analyze the running of sports facilities and to evaluate their influence on development regional tourism in the town Velešín. The task was to propose steps for innovation sports-regenerative utilization based on the research.Three hypotheses were formulated in this work: -there is insufficient offer of sports activities in Velešín -a swimming pool is the most missing sports facility in this town - sports-regenerative facilities have positive influence on development regional tourism The hypotheses were consequently confirmedsuccessfully The project of construction the WATER WORLD in Velešín is also introduced in this graduation theses.

The support of tourism development in Vodňansko

All of objetcives of this bachelor were accomplished with the use of given methods Primary and secondary offers of tourism in the region of Vodňany were analysed. The further analyses comprised of the needs and requests of visitors. The work also evaluated the contributions and loses of tourism to the destination. The products that are developing most are biking and walking; angling is also very popular. During the analysis of the current condition of tourism in the region of Vodňany, it became clear that the biggest advantages of the area are high quality environment and rich history. The questionnaire survey shows that favourite sights of the region are the ruin of the castle Helfenburg, chateau Kratochvíle, pilgrimage site Lomec, and the chateau of Protivín. The survey also indicates that it is necessary to increase the number and improve the quality of sports and culture facilities, make the boarding and accommodating facilities better.

Sport activities in human-dog interaction

Thesis title Sport activities in human - dog interaction Thesis objectives The thesis introduces sport activities involving the interaction of human and dog. Its aim is to ascertain the physiological load imposed on the body during selected sport activities in which a human is engaged in an interaction with a dog and to compare the findings with the physiological load generated by another sport activity (mountain bike). Methods Analysis of expert documents. Heart-rate monitoring with the Polar RS400 sporttester capable of processing data on heart-rate and body load. Results The results obtained in separate measurements have proven the defence work to be more physically demanding for a sportsperson than riding a mountain bike. The assumption was confirmed by the differences in heart-rate values and the varying time periods needed for the sportsperson's recovery. Recovery time after a mountain bike training session is fourteen hours. In contrast, it takes the sportsperson (the helper) twenty-seven hours to recover from a defence work session of equal length. Considering the diversity of defence work training units and the small number of measurements the results are to be taken as tentative. The aim of the project is a new building of a sport and wellness center in the cadastral area Brno-Židenice, South Moravian Region. Sport and wellness center is designed as a detached building with two floors and basement with a flat single skin vegetation roof. In the 1st floor there is a reception, cafe, children's play area, central changing rooms and a technical facilities. In the 2nd floor is a fitness center, solarium, massage rooms and sports nutrition and diagnostics. In the basement is a wellness center, facilities for employees and lasergame arena. The main structural system of the building consists of reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete slabs. The facade is designed as a contact thermal insulation system and glazed curtain wall.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to propose recommendations for tour operators organizing sport tours by identifying the main requirements of potential customers, leading to increase their number. The theoretical part summarizes tourism in general, describes how sport affects tourism, explains the concept of sports fans, describes the services of sports tours and tour oparators and also the importance of tourism to the national and world economy. The practical part contains a survey of the tour operators market that organize sports tours and evaluation of a questionnaire survey, which identifiyng the main requirements of potential customers.

Cyclotourism in region of Železná Ruda and the development of regional tourism

This work was concentrated on regional characteristic, biking in this region, services for cyclotourists, sport and cultural opportunities. In this work a neighbour region National park Bavorský forest. Mapping cyclo-routes, materially-technical background and support services out was the main point of this work. Completion of questionnaire investigation was one of task too. According to this and to my own knowledge there should be created a new product. There are more of these products because there were more wanted. There are three new products concretely {--} extension of bike depositing opportunities, installation of bike stands around cyclo-routes and creating of information centre in Prášily. By studying materials and specialized literature and by own watching during creating of this work it was found out that Železná Ruda region is very suitable for cyclotourism. There are routes of all difficulty levels including routes which are possible to ride with children. Surface is by almost all routes strengthened, routes are very well marked. They are leading around tourist attractive places and there are relaxing points, tourists and cyclotourists maps, plans and signboards around them. This region offers a good support of services, basic and supplementary, to cyclotourists. Region offers wide scale of other opportunities too. If the development of services for cyclotourists will continue like till today this region should be still popular and visited by cyclotourists. Permanent improvement of routes net and their accessories and promotion of region is commonplace.
