The Religious Sisters' charitable and social service after 1948

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the destiny of female orders and congregations, whose traditional work in educational and medical institutions was forbidden by Action Ř in 1950. Communist regime tried to force nuns to take off their habits and work in civil occupations, by means of hard work in factories and on farms. Female orders, whose main role was to educate children and youth, and contemplative orders had to find new areas for their activities. Despite the difficult situation, nuns tried to carry out social and charitable work in such areas, where communist regime allowed them to do so. Many of such affected female orders and congregations found their fulfilment as care workers in health service, social and charitatible area, particularly by taking care of the sick, the old and mentally and physically disabled people. The theoretical part focuses on a description of the relation between church and state after 1948, the status of nuns after the communist takeover in February 1948 and district church secretary's and region church secretary's tasks in relation to nuns. The thesis describes communist work camps for nuns in more detail, there were strict rules and routine and very poor conditions, far from dignified way of life. The summary shows individual communist work camps with factories and workshops, where nuns had to work. The reseach part of the bachelor's thesis describes nuns' social and charitable work after 1948 and their motivation that helped them overcome difficulties, resulting from communist regime. I used the method of qualitative research and oral history method. I have made four profiles of nuns, on the basis of their life stories. These profiles monitor their lives with respect to the topics from the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis and everything is supported with suitable quotations. I try to monitor both common and different experience of individual nuns and consider how questions of great history reflected on their life stories. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis cosiders nuns' motivation for their devoted service to their neighbours, their attitudes, opinions and experience.

CRM System Optimization

This thesis is focused on CRM solutions in small and medium-sized organizations with respect to the quality of their customer relationship. The main goal of this work is to design an optimal CRM solution in the environment of real organization. To achieve this goal it is necessary to understand the theoretical basis of several topics, such as organizations and their relationship with customers, CRM systems, their features and trends. On the basis of these theoretical topics it is possible to analyze current CRM solution in the organization. From the data obtained by the methods of observation and controlled interview it was possible to prepare a design for optimal CRM solution. This optimal solution comes also from user and organization requirements. The optimal CRM solution saves time and costs associated with current CRM solution and replaces existing and ineffective CRM tools.

Design of marketing strategy in the company Imperium Finance

Internet marketing is currently one of the most important components of marketing. However, Internet marketing as a whole is much more important than mere webdesign, mere search engine optimization (SEO) or a simple PPC advertising. Most companies have recently made it throught with a website and that was all their presentation on the Internet. However, the internet is one of the fastest growing technology today and the number of its users is growing every year. Constantly there are new technologies that allow us to have a better user experience and also bring us new ways of presentation and promotion. Most of the companies make a mistake early on and underestimate the preparation, don't know their goals, customers or competitors. Internet marketing is the process and the contents of this process is the recognition, analysis, design, implementation, and ultimately verify that you achieve the goals of the organization. In the theoretical part it is defined internet marketing and its advantages over offline marketing. Briefly sum up the history and major milestones of Internet marketing that shaped its present form. Further, it's described current trends in Internet marketing and detail expands upon the selected Internet marketing tools and tools for evaluating the success of campaigns. The practical part deals with the proposal of marketing strategy in the company Imperium Finance. The main objective is to analyze the requirements of the company Imperium Finance, from analysis to draw specific conclusions and devise a marketing strategy that will support the vision and strategy of the company in the following period. All steps were carried out within the company Imperium Finance on real data from active clients and tested in action. The result is a proposal of a marketing strategy that will drive Imperium Finance, and a marketing plan for the company. The biggest benefit of this work is so real use theoretical knowledge in practice.

Introduction to bio art

Bio art is a contemporary art practice that works with living organisms (except humans) or is created in cooperation with living organisms. It is relatively new art movement that is rooted deeply inside the history of evolution, domestication of animals and plants, technological discoveries, their development and science. Never before was art questioning its ethics and aesthetics in such profound, molecular and sub-molecular way.
In this work I will consider the historical influences and conditions that led to current developments in the field. I will also try to explain the problematics of defining what bio art is and try to clarify the associated terminology. Most relevant and ground breaking works in the field will be mentioned as some new recent developments.
Aesthetics of bio art is also an important subject often set aside by the ado around ethics of it. It is an extremely important subject to be considered when talking about bio art and I will try to sketch out a brief outline of it with references to philosophy and contemporary bio art theory.

Etienne Decroux and his method Le Mime Corporel

This thesis discusses the life and work of Etienne Decroux, one of France's most important reformers of the theater and his method of Le Mime Corporel, which still forms the basis of modern pantomime. Decroux is known worldwide as an excellent mime, director, teacher, theorist and reformer of the theater. His contribution to the development of the European theater in the last century is very significant, especially for mime theatre. The work presents Decroux's personality and his contribution to the creation of the new method of mime theatre - Le Mime Corporel. Another task of this thesis is to explore the effects of different important personalities in the artistic development of Etienne Decroux, to describe the basic elements forming the method Le Mime Corporel and to compare it to other genres of movement theater.

The goal of this thesis is to detect errors in the management of small family business, which basically does not use marketing. Following this finding should be to build an effective marketing plan. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical part, which forms the basis for the analytical part. In the analytical part is described the company and there are also detect errors in the management that are caused by faulty marketing. To achieve results it is important to use several different types of analysis on which it is necessary to set new marketing goals, strategies, changes and projects. The aim is to provide business information and convince him that use of good marketing communication should lead to improve management efficiency and ultimatem increase profitability of the company, without the need to break away from the corporate goal of maximum efforts to build a pro-customer oriented service.

The Contrast of life and death in works of J. K. Šlejhar

The thesis focuses on J. K. Šlejhar's literary work from two points of view. The first part introduces Šlejhar's work in the contemporary literary context as a result of a synthesis of new literary styles. In the second part the thesis concentrates on a textual analysis and reconstruction of the author's "artistic world". The first part of the thesis gives insight into the contemporary discussions aimed at revising and redefining the function of art with respect to the new development in society and new human needs. The critical reception of realism and naturalism and the reflection of the then wide-spread adoption of new influences from foreign literatures are also dicussed. To draw a comparison, we quote both period and current studies dealing with J. K. Šlejhar's work. Thereby we want to demonstrate the changing requirements of literature and art and the changing perception of a literary work throughout time. The second part of the thesis comprises the textual analysis of Šlejhar's selected writings from the point of view of semiotic literary theory and the reconstruction of the author's "artistic world". Such approach enables us to draw comparisons to Russian literature of the 19th century, primarily with the works of N. V. Gogol and F. M. Dostoyevsky, and to discover a common basis for both...

Partial Report IV / 2016 - Rating of the deformation stress monitoring the state of the rock mass during mining coal seam 30 (634) within the trial operation of mining method corridor - a pillar in OPJ ČSM - NORTH

Monitoring of the deformation stress state of the rock mass is a prerequisite for the verification of unapproved new mining methods hall-pillar and its further application in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian coal basin. This mining method is designed on the basis of experiences and practices that are verified in different natural conditions and depths below the surface and is therefore essential for the verification of conditions for the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Basin based on geotechnical monitoring. The present report is prepared on the basis of a contract no. 942/50/10, where the Institute of Geonics, v.v agrees to make periodic evaluation of monitoring data napěťodeformačního state of the rock mass. In accordance with the aforementioned agreement, the message is processed in the six-month period and continues in the interim report III / 2015 (Waclawik et al. 2015) passed buyers in April this year. Relational Verification of Programs with Integer Data

Tato práce představuje nové metody pro verifikaci programů pracujících s neomezenými celočíslenými proměnnými, konkrétně metody pro analýzu dosažitelnosti a~konečnosti. Většina těchto metod je založena na akceleračních technikách, které počítají tranzitivní uzávěry cyklů programu. V práci je nejprve představen algoritmus pro akceleraci několika tříd celočíselných relací. Tento algoritmus je až o čtyři řády rychlejší než existující techniky. Z teoretického hlediska práce dokazuje, že uvažované třídy relací jsou periodické a~poskytuje tudíž jednotné řešení prolému akcelerace. Práce dále představuje semi-algoritmus pro analýzu dosažitelnosti celočíselných programů, který sleduje relace mezi proměnnými programu a~aplikuje akcelerační techniky za účelem modulárního výpočtu souhrnů procedur. Dále je v práci navržen alternativní algoritmus pro analýzu dosažitelnosti, který integruje predikátovou abstrakci s accelerací s cílem zvýšit pravděpodobnost konvergence výpočtu. Provedené experimenty ukazují, že oba algoritmy lze úspěšně aplikovat k verifikaci programů, na kterých předchozí metody selhávaly. Práce se rovněž zabývá problémem konečnosti běhu programů a~dokazuje, že tento problém je rozhodnutelný pro několik tříd celočíselných relací. Pro některé z těchto tříd relací je v práci navržen algoritmus, který v polynomiálním čase vypočítá množinu všech konfigurací programu, z nichž existuje nekonečný běh. Tento algoritmus je integrován do metody, která analyzuje konečnost běhů celočíselných programů. Efektivnost této metody je demonstrována na několika netriviálních celočíselných programech.
