Bio-Solar Houses as part of nature – garden or landscape
Janourková, Tereza ; Kunt, Miroslav (advisor) ; Filip, Filip (referee)
Content of diploma project is primarily theme of natural buildings. It is complex subject of materials, technologies, environmental conditions and most of all integration into the landscape knowledges. Manmade living spaces that respect the laws of nature and friendly approach to the environment, maybe so called as Bio Houses. Surname Bio Solar Houses are named those with maximal use of solar energy. Part of this project is overview of various types of natural buildings, possibilities of using natural materials and approaches to the use of solar power. Own design presents study of the family earth house and garden project of a plot. For project was selected building side in a calm location of Prague Troja. This sloping plot is oriented at South so it gives the best conditions for this building concept. The house benefits from all positives of the earth buildings. Mainly perfect thermal insulation and acoustics properties, which are connected with saving energy. There is moreover interior accumulative wall, which increases heat gains during the winter season. Ventilation system, heating and cooling use vertical ground heat pump and ground heat exchanger. Hot water is prepared by Solar panels with support of photovoltaic system. Rain water is collected for further use. Garden reflects the character of family house, natural conditions of the place and the purpose of use. It is designed for relaxation, active leisure time and for utility. Important role plays a psychological effect coming from choice of elements, especially small garden architecture, materials, tree planting, perennials and interactions of overall composition. The plot has complex design with use of natural environmental properties to create space for living. According to the laws of nature garden never serves only for humans, it is also home for many representatives of small animals and vegetation.

Convexity in stochastic programming model with indicators of ecological stability
Houda, Michal
We develop an optimization model dealing with construction expenses that are prescribed as a result of the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) process. The process is an obligatory part of every large construction project and evaluates possible influences of the project to the environment, including population health, natural and other socio-economic aspects; the result of the process is a set of recommendation and arrangements the construction must meet. Our optimization model incorporates uncertainties in model parameters; we represent them through their probabilistic distribution. Furthermore, to overcome a problem with quantifying subjective utility function of ecological impacts, we measure them by so-called indicators of ecological stability. The resulting problem is stochastic programming problem formulated as (C)VaR model used traditionally in finance area. In our contribution we deal with convexity properties of this problem – these are especially important from the theoretical as well as from the computational point of view.

Accounting, tax and legal aspects of transformation the legal form of business natural person to a legal entity in condition of CR
BENDOVÁ, Eva
The aim of this work is to evaluate the accounting, tax and legal aspects of the change in the legal form of business in a particular case in connection with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The aim of the research is to analyze the legal forms of business, including the advantages and disadvantages of the various types of business, on which is followed by possible variants of transformation, furthermore the creation of a draft for the establishment of a limited liability company and an analysis of the sale or lease of the assets of individual businessman. At the end of the work will evaluate the tax savings and express my recommendations. Created the solution can be applied as an inspiration for those interested in the eventual transformation of the self-employed person to a limited liability company.

Comparison of composite material degradation assesment methods using acoustic analysis and laser vibrometry
Urushadze, Shota ; Šperl, Martin ; Kytýř, D. ; Valach, J. ; Fíla, T.
Assessment of degradation rate of material can be carried out by many experimental techniques differing in complexity and sophistication. A relatively simple method based on acoustic analysis is described in this contribution. Degradation of material’s properties due to fatigue loading is detectable in decrease of their modulus of elasticity that can be derived from natural frequencies of specimens. These measurements utilize self-designed device capable of specimen excitation and acquisition of its vibration. The recorded signal is then processed by spectral analysis enabling determination of natural frequencies. Usefulness of the above mentioned acoustic method can be seen in the fact that the measured changes of material’s parameters are comparable to those obtained by laser vibrometry, which is by several orders more expensive technique.

Registration of Business Activity of Beekeeper in Terms a Quantification the Income Tax Base
Bartošová, Barbora ; Kuchařová, Ivana (advisor) ; Lenka, Lenka (referee)
The objective of this Bachelor´s Thesis is to cover business beekeeping activities in order to define possibilities to determine an income tax basis of natural persons. The Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part summarizes elementary findings on the ways to establish an income tax basis for natural persons. The issue is lump sum expenses, tax record keeping of income and expenses and bookkeeping. There is a description of division of entrepreneurs with an obligation to keep the books and without it. Furthermore, the following basic information is defined here: on apiarian products, on income tax of natural persons, on grants offered in the sphere of apiculture, and, last but not least, initial costs of a beekeeper owning two bee colonies. In the practical part of this Thesis, the three previously presented ways to determine an income tax basis of natural persons are demonstrated on model cases - lump sum expenses, tax records of income and expenses, and bookkeeping.

Tax optimization of the use of tax reserves for repairs of tangible assets
SOUČKOVÁ, Lucie
This thesis deals with the issue of reserves for repairs of tangible assets and their utilization to optimize the income tax, as business entities and natural persons. This issue is mentioned in the theoretical part, which is focused on legislation regulating the creation and use of accounting and legal reserves. This thesis analyzes the impact of the creation and use of reserves for repairs of tangible assets to income tax. The aim of the second part of the thesis is to deal with reserves for repairs of tangible assets in a particular subject, the comparison with the possibilities of financing repairs in other ways as potential investment returns.

Study of hygrotherma behavior of thermal insulating materials based on natural fibers
Kosturová, Andrea ; Peterková, Jitka (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
The content of this work is to describe the transport of heat and moisture in thermal insulation materials based on natural fibers. The disadvantage in using these materials when incorporated into the construction is their low resistance to moisture. Therefore this work is further interested on possible modifications of natural fibers, which could correct it. Implemented literature research is approaching trends in the usage of dynamic simulations of heat and moisture transfer through material. Based on the findings from previous works on the VUT and theoretical part there were applied various kinds of impregnating preparations on a sample of insulation from hemp and the evaluation of their effect on the properties of the insulator.

Plasmochemical treatment of natural fibres
Demková, Eva ; Mazánková, Věra (referee) ; Přikryl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on plasmochemical surface treatment of natural flax fibres using dielectric barrier discharge and silane coupling agent. Treated fibres were used as reinforcement of composite material with an epoxy matrix. Composite materials were prepared manually, by placing saturated fibres into silicone mold. Mechanical properties of composite materials were determined by bending test, tensile test and dynamic-mechanical analysis (DMA). The presence of a silane coupling agent on the surface of the fibre was detected by EDS analysis. SEM method was also used to determine the effect of plasma on the surface of fibres.
