Level of heifers´ conception rate after insemination of conventional and sexed dose
Ulbrichová, Michaela ; Stádník, Luděk (advisor) ; Zuzana, Zuzana (referee)
The object of the study was to compare the results of insemination of dairy cows by using type of insemination dose, convertional or sexed. The hypothesis is an assumption of higher level of heifers conception rate after insemination by convertional dose than by using a sexed dose. The evaluation was conducted on the farm ZEAS Podorlicko a.s in the period from June 25th, 2013 to November 2nd, 2015 and there were monitored 998 heifers. Data for the evaluation were processed from the farm records and was created a database of heifers conception rate due to the type of insemination doses. For the statistical processing was used software SAS 9.3. In the group of heifers was observed influence month, year, the rank of the insemination and type of insemination dose on the age of first insemination and its result. At the level of significance (P < 0,001) was observed negative effect of insemination on age of first insemination (r = -0,195). It was also proved, that year of insemination has effect on result of conception rate (r = 0,068) and the result insemination had a positive effect on age at first insemination. These two phenomena were detected at the level of significance (P <0.05). Therefore, it was achieved a better level of conception rate in 2015 than in previous years (2013 and 2014) and also was demonstrated higher levels of successful conception rates with increasing age of heifers at first insemination. Based on statistical significance (P <0.001) I found that level of heifers conception rate was higher after convertional insemination dose (65.69%) than sexed dose (37.28%). There was also a statistically significant difference between the month of insemination and its result. On the other side, there was no statistically significant effect of rank of insemination on its result. According to those results the hypothesis, that there si higher level of conception rate by using convertional insemination dose, can be confirmed. The findings show us, that it is necessary to focus on reproduction in various parts of the year, especially in September, October, November and December, where the conception rate was lowest.

Civil Defence was in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in 1990, defined as a set of measures that are intended to prepare the state and the society it lives to defend before the war. Armed conflict in the then bipolar world could occur within a few days because of preparation for such a conflict took place on both sides for decades. Quitting called. Cold War, a period in which to minimize the possibility of a global military confrontation. However, the newly defined and continue to occur, often difficult to predict, security threats and risks. Protection of lives, health and property values, along with sovereignty, territorial integrity and protection of the democratic foundations of the newly formed Czech Republic, the basic duty of the state. Responsibility for the protection of the population in the newly constructed system of protection of the population in the Czech Republic, partially transferred and distributed to all levels of government, including municipalities and small towns. Department of Civil Protection in the army in the Czech Republic since 1989
ŽÁKOVÁ, Markéta
This paper has two parts, theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part consists of five subchapters and these are dividend into several parts. In the first subchapter I describe the term civil defence as well as its long history that has been recorded since 1929, surpassing the Second World War. The second subchapter contains an explanation of what kind of services are included in the civil defence and their brief description. These services were composed of units intended to civilians and soldiers. They have been used for rescue and clean up operations when emergencies as epidemics or epiphytie have occurred. The third subchapter details the legislative history of civil defence. This subchapter is divided into eight parts each of which describes a specific period of legislative changes. The first legislation related to civil defence Act no. 82/1935 Coll., on the protection and defense against air attacks, which laid the foundations for further legislation. During the Second World War, the legislation did not change, it just changed the name civil defence to "Luftschuz". However, officially the name "civil defence" appeared first in 1992. After that year it became a significant change in this area. The fourth subchapter describes the development of the prewar Czechoslovak army in the period since 1918 to 1938. I describe subsequent modernization and reorganization of the Czechoslovak army, which was aimed to defend us against our only enemy which was Germany. Our army was one of the best armies from all over Europe, even though it was dissolved due to the occupation. In the fifth subchapter the postwar development of the army is analyzed . The fifth subchapter has six parts, in which the development is divided into particular time periods. The biggest changes in the military occurred in 1948 due to the onset of communism in our country, after extensive reorganization in 1968 after the invasion of Soviet troops, and finally in 1993 after the split of Czechoslovakia into two independent countries. The practical part of my work is rather theoretical, because of the thesis of my work and its objectives. My work consists of four chapters, which are the research question, methodics, results and discussion. The second chapter contains of two subchapters in which the research question and methodics. In the subchapter that deals with research issue, I describe literally the name and the research question, "What is the development trend of civil defense in the army in the Czech Republic since 1989?" The development trend is decreasing and it is because the civil defense troops have to depart beyond the borders of our country and can not fight. In the second subchapter I describe the methodology that I have processed my work with. The third chapter contains the main results of my thesis, which describe the history and changes in the structure of 15th Engineer Regiment. Furthermore, the results describe also the history of the engineer battalion, their structure, tasks, utilization, equipment and technology. Moreover I focus on various laws, rules, regulations, contracts and agreements, which are in accordance with the deployment of forces and means of military rescue units of the Army of the Czech Republic. The results also contain tables of the amount of engineers and rescue workers in the 15th Engineers Regiment, as they changed over time since 2003 until 2013, from which the changes occurred in the numbers. These numbers are set in the graph to show effectively the decrease of the civil defense troops in the country. The fourth chapter is a discussion in which I describe changes in the number of military units of civil defence and the reasons why these changes has occurred. These departments were transferred to other sections or canceled. As a matter of fact, the Rescue Battalion Hlucin has been transferred to the subordination of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic.

KOTYZA, Michal
The bachelor thesis is focused on historical progress of Helicopter emergency service (HEMS) in Czech Republic. This work is focused especially on comparing of historical and actual progress of HEMS in Vysočina region, including comparing of the airplane technology and accessories extensity of helicopters used for HEMS in Vysočina. The first chapter is focused on leveraging of a helicopter marginally, as a device for saving life in the world, when they were used flatly in M.A.S.H (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) units especially in the Korea war. It also contains progress of HEMS in Czechoslovakia and study of HEMS historical analysis at territory of the Czech Republic and progress of companies, which were spreading these services since 1987. I have included progress on the Czech Republic territory only in this work. In bachelor thesis are mentioned present national (Armáda CR, Policie CR) and private practitioners (DSA, a.s. and Alfa-Helicopter, spol. s.r.o.) as well, including main practitioners, which were operating here on the beginning (Slov-Air and Bel-Air) and thanks to them it was possible to lay the foundations of HEMS in prehospital emergency care system in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is focused on sequential progress of particular HEMS centres in the Czech Republic. In the face of mutual progress of HEMS at Czechoslovakia territory, is this part focused only on historical progress in the Czech Republic after year 1987. Hereby are only included HEMS centers at Praha (Kryštof 01), Brno (Kryštof 04), Ostrava (Kryštof 05), Hradec Králové (Kryštof 06), Plzeň (Kryštof 07), Olomouc (Kryštof 09), Jihlava (Kryštof 12), České Budějovice (Kryštof 13), Ústí nad Labem (Kryštof 15), Havlíčkův Brod (Kryštof 17) a Liberec (Kryštof 18). In the research part I have focused on examination of people's attitudes, which are interested in HEMS, ambulance services and more people, who are connected with prehospital emergency care system. For achieve results, I have decided to make a research by Brainwriting method, when I requested for completing a questionnaire, by aforementioned group of people, which contains questions focused on this topic. Questions are headed on problems of actual and historical progress of HEMS in the Czech Republic with the link on estimation of this problem on Vysočina. The chapter of discussion is focused on more detailed progress of HEMS in Vysočina region. There is marginally analysed HEMS in Havlíčkův Brod, which existed from the year 1991 to 1994. Considering minimal measure of taken information about it, this passage isn't written more detailed. In the next point I focused on HEMS in Jihlava, which has been working on Vysočina region from 1991. Considering sufficient measure of taken information and very accommodating attitudes of respondents and employees working at HEMS, I have analysed historical progress of this centre more detailed and in some parts, I have made comparing with actual status. I briefly focused on the history of the base, where I involved the most important milestones, which went along with their progress. One of the points, which I focused on, is background of the ambulance outpost where sequential upgrading of the base and its surroundings for employees are analysed. In the next points are foreshadowed differences of used helicopters and its history at HEMS centres, including accessories as a medical material or the other devices used in rescue operations as Toughbook for example. In the last point is foreshadowed structure of the crew in HEMS centre. The end of this work is focused on answers of asked research question, if the helicopter emergency service is necessary and useful branch of emergency service.
