Možnosti fyzioterapie u digitálních nemocí
ANDRLOVÁ, Nikola
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in digital diseases. Digital illnesses are relatively a new concepts and they are becoming more common in people working on computers or other electronic devices. The aim of the work was to describe the digital diseases and to propose a therapeutic treatment for people with one of these diseases. In the theoretical part, the anatomy and kinesiology of individual parts of the upper limb and cervical spine are described. Next, the plexus brachialis, individual digital diseases, ergonomics of the workplace and the procedures used in the therapy are described. The practical part describes the methods of data collection that were used and the case studies of probands. The research group consisted of three respondents who work on computers and have been diagnosed one of the digital diseases. An individual therapeutic unit was proposed to each probands according to the initial kinesiological analysis, which was conducted once a week for approximately two months. At the last therapy, an exit kinesiological examination was conducted to analyse the outcome. The collected results showed that the proposed therapy and periodic practice of selected exercises bring positive effects. Probands indicated pain relief and relief when working on the computer. Next, range of motion and muscle strength in all parts of the upper limb were improved. This bachelor thesis could be useful for physiotherapists who meet with these patients in the future and it could help them in their work or for the lay public to learn more about similar problems that troubling them.

The use of suspension systems for physiotherapy in patients with vertebrogenic disease
ZÍKOVÁ, Jana
In my bachelor thesis I focus on the use of suspension systems for patients with vertebrogenic disease. The increased load on the musculoskeletal system caused by incorrect movement habits or improper working positioning often leads to vertebrogenic problems. Using physiotherapy tools can solve these issues. Methods such as the McKenzie method, Brügger concept, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, etc. are available. An useful alternative could be applying a suspension systém in therapy. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the research of the spine, including its anatomy, muscles, and mobility. It further focuses on the deep stabilizing system of the spine and on vertebrogenic disease such as pain in the cervical, thoracic, and the lumbar spine and its therapy. The last part of the reseach is dedicated to suspension systems, specifically Redcord, TRX, and Jungle Sports. The practical part is processed as a qualitative research in the form of case studies. The main aim was to describe exercise units using a suspension system for patients with vertebrogenic disease and to find physiotherapy options for them. The research sample consisted of three patients who attended the outpatient facility for a period of two months. The inclusion criterion was chronic vertebrogenic algic syndrome (VAS). The therapy primarily focused on the individual muscle imbalances through exercises in the Redcord system, combined with alternative exercises suitable for home environments without suspension systems. The final evaluation of the results was performed by comparing the initial and final kinesiological analyses.
Terapie jizvy po císařském řezu z pohledu fyzioterapie
CHROUSTOVÁ, Magdaléna
This thesis is dedicated to caesarean section scar procedure, and the therapy after the surgery. The aim and core of this study is to investigate and set out possible effective physiotherapy methods, practices and techniques to the improvement of the physical scar appearance and mobility following caesarean section and additionally creating educational material about aftercare for the scar tissue. Theoretical section focuses mainly on soft tissue anatomy and abdominal wall anatomy and also highlighting basic information regarding the caesarean section approach. Within the thesis I have documented and provided relevant knowledge about scars and their types depending on their development over time and functional progression. The thesis also consist of theory and practical sections, trial examinations and therapy methods. As part of the thesis relevant practical information and evidence has been undertaken using qualitative research in form of case study. The studied group consisted of 3 women after caesarean section in 3, 5 and 6 years after the surgery over a period of 3 months. As a part of the trials a kinesiological analysis was also applied to compare the results. The outcome concluded that therapy has had a positive effect on trial participants in the form of the disappearance of physical scars and complications related to them, also the departure of hypersensitivity and better perception and sense of their own bodies. In conclusion, this thesis hopes to provide practical advise and good guidance for women to better understand the caesarean section, the procedure itself and also the scar healing process, and the care approach of the abdominal scar. This work could also be used in order to further educate physiotherapists that are interested in this topic.
Importance of physiotherapy intervention in school-age children with functional scoliotic posture
HLOUPÁ, Veronika
The bachelor thesis is about a physiotherapy in school-aged children with the functional scoliotic posture. In a theoretical part I started with a description of poor body posture in general and then I explained the difference between scoliotic posture and scoliosis. I mentioned an anatomical data about spine and deep stabilization system. I characterized the school age and I wrote about the scoliotic posture prevention and therapy. In a subsection about the therapy, I mentioned a question how to motivate children to exercise. In the end of the theoretical part, I described several physiotherapeutic methods, which are appropriate for the scoliotic posture therapy. A practical part of my bachelor thesis is processed by qualitative research using three case reports worked out about school- aged children with the functional scoliotic posture. The research was going on for almost three months. In the beginning of the study, I took an anamnesis and an initial kinesiological analysis. Therapies were put together on the basis the initial kinesiological analysis and children practiced exercises which were chosen with my supervisor before the research started. In the end of the study, I evaluated results using a final kinesiological analysis. In a chapter Methodology I described examinations I did with children within kinesiological analysis. Goals of my bachelor thesis was outlining the issue of the functional scoliotic posture in school-aged children and suggesting suitable physiotherapeutic methods for therapy of school-aged children with the functional scoliotic posture. The bachelor thesis can be used as source of information for physiotherapists in practise, students of physiotherapy or for parents of school-aged children with the functional scoliotic posture or with risk of its formation.
Vliv fyzioterapie na kondici, koordinaci a posturální stabilitu u osob s Parkinsonovou chorobou.
DOMASOVÁ, Martina
Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative progressive disease that cannot be cured even today. However, it is possible to influence and slow down its progress to a certain extent. Symptomatic treatment is used to suppress the disease, of which physiotherapy is an integral part. In Parkinson's disease, physiotherapy can suppress the symptoms of this disease, improve the patient's condition and significantly help the patient maintain a higher quality of life for a longer period of time. The first aim of the bachelor thesis was "To draw attention to the importance of physiotherapy in a patient with Parkinson's disease". The second aim was "To map the possibilities of physiotherapy in a patient with Parkinson's disease". Both of these goals were fulfilled and described in the theoretical part in subchapter 1.8.3. In addition, the practical part of this thesis refers to the first one, where it is possible to see the changes in the condition of the patient with Parkinson's that occur when applying group exercise to his regimen. The third aim was "To design an exercise that would lead to the improvement of the condition of the patient with Parkinson's". This goal is dealt with in the practical part of this thesis. Based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part, an exercise unit was created, which was then applied for two months to a group of seven probands. To evaluate its effect on the condition of patients, input and output kinesiological analyses were compared, including clinical tests to examine fitness, coordination and postural stability (FTSST, TUG, BBS, Pull Test, Push & Release Test).
Funkční poruchy pohybového aparátu u žen s makromastií
ČIŽINSKÁ, Aneta
In my bachelor thesis, I dealt with how the weight of excess breast mass affects the locomotor system and how we can use physiotherapy to influence these changes and functional disorders. The aim of this thesis was to identify the most common functional disorders affecting women with macromastia and then to establish a short - and long-term rehabilitation plan. I conducted a research of available literature on the subject and made an educational booklet. In the theoretical part of this thesis I deal with the definition and clinical difficulties associated with macromastia. I then describe the anatomy of the breast itself and the functional anatomy of the chest area and shoulder girdle, followed by a definition of the posture itself. Finally, I describe the functional and muscular disorders. In the practical part I work with three women who suffer from functional disorders and pain due to macromastia. We started with an initial kinesiological analysis which included medical history, basic examination in the form of aspect, palpation, range measurement, centre of gravity mapping, testing for muscle shortening, muscle imbalances, postural stability and breathing pattern. Subsequently, I set up an individual short-term rehabilitation plan, which took place over a period of two months in the form of therapy and an assigned exercise unit. At the end, we performed an output kinesiological analysis and an objective and subjective evaluation of the entire process. A long-term rehabilitation plan was then set and an educational booklet was handed over. My work has shown that in women with macromastia, forward shift of the centre of gravity is dominant and as a consequence the lumbar spine is strained and the paravertebral muscles are overloaded. Another issue was the protraction posture of the shoulders, which are pulled by the thoracic fascia and muscles into internal rotation. All probands showed improvement during the study, but this improvement was in different areas for each individual proband.
Possibilities of controlling the greater sage-grouse (\kur{Heracleum mantegazzianum}) by cattle grazing
RYBÁŘ, Štěpán
Undergraduate thesis focuses on the ability to control greater sage-grouse by grazing cattle. The research was carried out on four plots of land near the village of Střítež near the town of Kaplice. Mapping was carried out on each plot in a defined square for a period of four months. In the squares with the presence of this invasive plant, the size and width of the leaf rosettes of the plants were recorded. Subsequently, the species distribution of other plant species was determined. The measured results were recorded in graphs and averages. Finally, suggested actions on plots with this invasive plant are presented. Grazing with higher intensity and frequency, and multiple mowing outside the pasture, seems to be the most suitable method of sage-grouse control for the study site.
Vztah ketolátek a vybraných krevních parametrů u vysokoprodukčních dojnic
KOLBOVÁ, Martina
The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the connection between ketones in milk and selected blood parameters in high-yielding dairy cows. Ketones are important metabolic markers that may indicate negative energy balance and possible ketosis in dairy cows. Blood and milk samples were collected from high-yielding dairy cows over a period of three months (September to November) at the Chyšná farm operated by Agropodnik Košetice a.s.. For the indentification of ketosis, BHB and acetone ketones in milk.
Výživa dojnic na vybrané farmě
KORECKÁ, Aneta
This bachelor thesis focuses on dairy cow nutrition, housing technology, health and milking levels in pastoral farming in Ireland. A monitoring and evaluation method was chosen to address the issue and evaluate the information found. The monitoring was carried out over a two month period during the period of peak performance of the dairy cows. In the first part of the paper a literature review is presented. On farm, it was found that pasture rearing has an effect on lower dairy cow performan-ce. Nutrition here is provided by grazing or clover silage and pelleted supplementa-ry feed, which supplies balanced nutrients and minerals and vitamins not contained in the crop. The BSC was at a lower value. The main finding was deficiencies in milk hygiene.
