Ochrana přírody a krajiny v jižních Čechách - historie a současnost
PFLEGEROVÁ, Adéla
The title of my work is: "The protection of nature and landscape in South Bohemia - history and present." As the title says, in my work, I am dedicated to the nature and landscape protection. At the beginning, I approach the first efforts for the nature protection in our country and I gradually come to first legal protection which dates back to the period of formation of Czechoslovakia. The first Nature Conservation Act, i.e. Act no. 40/1956 Coll., on state protection of nature, was adopted after long efforts of Czech experts and politicians. On the basis of this law, protected areas, protected natural formations, nature reserves, as well as protected species of animals, plants, minerals and fossils were declared. A few years later, the Czech Republic has completely changed the view on nature and Act no. 114/1992 Coll, which is the currently valid, was adopted in 1992. I chose mainly general protection of nature from this law and its fundamental duty to protect nature and nature conservation authorities. From this law, I focused on special nature and landscape protection, this Act define following six categories of special protected areas - NP, PLA, NNR, NNM, NM, NR.
