This bachelor thesis deals with the project of realization a new-building house in Jemnice and contains the technical and construction part of documentation. The house is partly cellared with one floor and hipped roof. The building is designed of building materials, which are traditionally used for an area of central Europe.
High standard detached house

The bachelor`s thesis deals with study of high standard detached house. The house is two-storey high, with a partial basement and double garage that is part of the house. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory Zbraslav na Moravě. Construction of the house is made of mansory Porotherm, the ceillings are made of reinforced concrete join with stiffening reinforced concrete wreath. The roofs of the house are built as single-layer flat roof, two of the roofs will be used as terrace with entry from the second floor. In garden there is wodden terrace with rectangular swimming pool. The house is above standardly decored with sauna, whirlpool and small pool situated in relax room in the first floor. Part of the above standard decore is wine cellar accessible from garden. House is designed for four-member family.

Detached family house with design studio

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached house with a design office at a level of documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors, covered with a flat roof. The structural system of the basement is based on a hidden formwork while the constructions of above-ground floors are designed to be from polished bricks Porotherm 30 Profi with thin layer of mortar for binding. The ceilings are from monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing above the ground floor consists of an extensive green roof arch crossing the adjusted terrain. The design of the building respects the urban planning regulations of Vrbovec, puts an emphasis on the layout design from architectural and structural viewpoints, nonetheless also in terms of energy savings and safety in use of the building.
The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).
Administrative building - OPAVA

The content of the master‘s thesis is processing of project documentation for administrative building in Opava, first done as a feasibility study and then as a pilot project. The object is standalone, with four floors and basement. The topic of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of a comprehensive project documentation for a construction of an apartment building with a commercial area. The building consists of a partial basement, four floors and a flat roof. There are caged storage units for each apartment and technical facilities in the basement. The ground floor features the commercial area that offers yoga studio along with a massage spa. The building boasts 11 apartments of various size options such as 1-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom. Vertical construction pillars are made of grinded Porotherm bricks while the basement has reinforced concrete walls. The floor is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The building facade is ventilated covered with cemented threaded tiles and mineral insulation from stone wool.

Columns in combination with masonry infill Porotherm. The building is based on the footings. The building has two height levels. The first is covered with a flat roof vegetation and the second single-roof bitumen sheets. The building is insulated contact system. On the first floor is a reception, restaurant with kitchen, fitness center and facilities for the hotel staff. The second floor of the portion used for guest accommodation. The second part is a cafe with cold kitchen and meeting room attached to the bar. In the third to fifth floors are guest rooms and technical background. On the fifth floor are apartments
