Title: Volunteer's Assumptions for Work with Youth At Risk at Project Lata. Abstract: The thesis is focused on one-to-one peer volunteering in programs for children, youth and young adults at risk, with a focus on Project Lata. It is dedicated especially to aspects which may influence the client-volunteer relationship, with a particular focus on helping volunteers and discovering the conditions of volunteers working with target groups. The research part examines the volunteers' characteristics, personality attributes, abilities, skills and experience beyond the current entry criteria, to identify qualities which facilitate or impede the creation of a functioning relationship with the client in Project Lata. Forms of work with risk groups of young people in West Bohemia

This bachelor's thesis deals with problematic of risk behavior young people. The objectvie of this bachelor's thesis is to describe which forms of works uses social educator and which methods and possibilites has social pedagogy in work with risk young people. The theoretical part focuses on social pedagogy as a discipline, to her concept and subject. Nex tis characterized profession of social educator, which competence he has and in which areas he could acts. In the practical part of this bachelor's thesis was chosen the method of asking, quantitative approach. There was asked certain number of employees of various institutions focused on risk behavior young people and on this basis was found how they work with them.
Ethical dilemmas of working with youth at risk in low-threshold facilities for children and youth

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of individual dilemmas of social workers in providing services in low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The aim of this thesis is to define and reflect individual dilemmas occurring at social workers who with youth at risk in low-threshold facilities for children and youth. Next task is to analyse my chosen dilemma by means of three ethical theories. Individual dilemmas were identified on the basis of a research probe namely questioning, technique of a semi-structures interview. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter there is the characteristic of youth at risk and low-threshold facilities for children and youth. Social work with this specific target group is also included. The second chapter deals with interconnection of ethics and social work and general ethical dilemmas. In the third chapter specific dilemmas which social workers face on low-threshold facilities device for children and youth are described. In the last chapter of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the chosen dilemma by means of three ethical theories deontology, utilitarianism and ethics of care.
