Legal regulation of the port construction in the Czech Republic The purpose of the thesis "Legal regulation of the port construction in Czech Republic" is to describe the entire process of the construction work of the port in the Czech Republic. The master thesis defines in the first chapter some of the legal terms that are important for the successful implementation of the building project. The main objective of this chapter was to determine how the legal acts regard the legal term port. Thesis also defines the legal concept of waterwork. The definition of the waterwork is very important due to the fact that under the law the port is considerated as a water work. The next chapter deals with the urban planning proceedings and the individual stages of urban planning documentation. The thesis therefore describes in detail the various steps and requirements of urban planning documentation. The thesis also deals with the need to obtain the EIA for the assessment and also with the legal regulation of this document. The construction of port as the waterwork is strongly related to the building proceedings, which is in the area of ports construction replaced by the water acts proceeding. Monitoring of the earth-fill dam of the Karolinka waterworks

The bachelor‘s thesis is focused on selected parameters monitoring of the earth dam of hydraulic structure Karolinka. The first outflow areas on the Karolinka dam air face were already observed and the seepages were measured after the first filling. As a result, in addition to standard monitoring, monitoring of the dam by electrical impedance spectrometry was started in 2011. During the reconstruction of the dam in 2013 was realized the construction of the sealing wall for minimalized of seepages. The selected data were compared before and after reconstruction of the hydraulic structure Karolinka. The bachelor‘s thesis was realized within the sustainability of the international project E!7614 of EUREKA program.

In relation to the absence of legal definition of the term of water reservoir it defines the term of water reservoir itself and it closer introduces its single forms which it subsequently introduces in single legal regulations of public and private law. Special attention is paid to water reservoirs in the concept of protection against the impacts of droughts and in realization of anti-flood arrangements. Preparation of revitalization study for small water course

This diploma thesis deals with returning of modified troughs of small watercourses to the natural state - revitalisation. The general idea of the river beds and water environment revitalisation will be explained in the theoretical part. It will also deal with its history, development and practical application. The practical part will contain an own project creation. It is a project of the adjusted small watercourses bed revitalisation in the level of study. A section of a fine river was used for this thesis. It is called Žďárský Stream and it belongs to the cadastral area Žďár near the Kaplice. Individual parts of the river and its basin will be mapped in this work. It will also consider the hydrological and geographical conditions and it will propose a technical solving for a local revitalisation of the adjusted river bed. It will ínclude natural factors support, the ecological-morphological improvement, the migrational permeability and other links to the river environment.

Bicycle trail via VD Nové Mlýny along the I / 52 road

The diploma thesis deals with the transfer of cyclists through the dam of Nové Mlýny. The design runs alongside the dam, outside the existing I/52 road, as a preparation for the D52 motorway. The thesis solves the design of longitudinal alignment and vertical alignment of the cycle path along the I/52 road, connection of the cycle path to the adjacent network of cycling routes and variants of crossing cycle path 5174 with route I/52 due to an increase of safety.
