The perspectives of cold bulk forming
Garguláková, Lucie ; Podaný, Kamil (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
This thesis deals with the processes of the technology of the cold bulk forming. Different forming methodes are introduced and described. Pictures and schemes are also parts of this work. Further on, several substance types fit for cold bulk forming are presented. This work also includes a list of companies exercising this method. Products and methodes of inovations are also named in this list. In the end, the perspective of the method of cold bulk forming along with a standing of different products at the market is evaluated.
The perspectives of hot bulk forming
Staněk, Vojtěch ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project elaborated within bachelor study brings research work on the theme of perspectives of hot bulk forming. Forming technologies, their utilization so far, pertinence and supposed use in the future were reviewed on the basis of literary study. Further the importance of computer simulation and contemporary trends in processing of non-ferrous alloys are mentioned.
Enfluence of graded deformation of ingot 8K7,2, made of out-of-furnace processed steel 8Cr3MoV, on homogeneity of structure and mechanical properties of forging
Lamborová, Leona ; Jan, Vít (referee) ; Foret, Rudolf (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the influence of graded deformation of 8Cr3MoV steel rolling mills on the structure and mechanical properties. The theoretical part of this thesis describes general requirements for rolling mills, commonly used material, and the making of hot rolling mill rolls with emphasis on 8Cr3MoV steel. The second part is a report on experimental material and used methods. Then the results are presented. The influence of distance from the longitudinal axis of ingot and graded deformation on the forged shaft on the structure and mechanical properties are discussed at the end of this thesis, as well as a comparison of structure and mechanical properties of ingot and forged shaft.
Production and cutting tubes
Drápala, Miroslav ; Henzl, David (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The submitted project created in the bachelor studies of B-STI Machinery engineering is focused on problematics of production and cutting tubes by forming. Based on the research of literature mentioned problematics and own knowledge the bachelor thesis describes several technologies of production and cutting tubes and the tools and machinery related with the described methods.
Manufacturing of tubes by forming
Szczygiel, Pavel ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with the basic methods of manufacture of tubes, especially focuses on the technology of seamless tubes. Assess the appropriateness and inappropriateness of individual production methods used and presents technology and types of lines used in practice. It describes in detail process of production seam pipes with a diameter of 116 mm and a length of 97 m in the plant ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s. Also describes in detail each operation in the working section of the strip preparation, welding and is reduced.
Solution Technology for Manufacturing "Slats"
Lamich, Štěpán ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a technology problem of the blind slat production. The work describes the slat production in the automatic rolling mill TPLv4 made by ISOTRA a.s. It aims to find the critical point of the production and suggest a new manufacturing technique/procedure. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the proposed manufacturing procedure from technical and economical point of view.
Manufacturing of tubes by rolling
Šimůnek, Petr ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Thesis is focused on the analysis of various rolling methods used for production of seamless tubes. It is a literary study, which describes both methods for the production hollow thick-walled cylindrical billets, as well as methods for their processing into finished tubes. Comparison between them and practical use is also described. In the thesis are analysed the methods of production of hollow semifinished products by push rolling and cross rolling, e.g. Mannesmann and Stiefel methods. For the seamless tubes finishing various rolling methods are described, such as pilger mill, mandrel mill, plug mill, Assel mill, Diescher mill or pushing mill.
