The financial analysis of the METALIMEX a.s. company

The main goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to assess the METALIMEX a.s. company and it's benefits to owners. Then quantify value added by indicator EVA. Thanks to DuPont Model we will find the causes and influences to Return of equity. For a global and thorough view I will use Activity Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Leverage Ratios and Profitability Ratios. Bankruptcy and credibility models show, how valuable the company is and also predict the future years. Using four basic balance rules, I assess the structure of property.

The financial analysis of Metrostav company

This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of Metrostav company from 2005 to 2009. In the first part of work, there are defined methods used to determine the financial position(ratios, liquidity ratios, debt ratios, etc.). In the second part, these methods are applied on the company Metrostav. The information needed to prepare financial analysis, I discovered from the annual reports.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of AERO VODOCHODY a.s. The main goal is to assess the financial stability. Analysis was made over the years 2002 - 2007. In the first part the thesis describes the principle of financial analysis. Theoretical part describes instruments and methods of calculation which was used in this thesis. Practical part describes brief description of the company and calculations of particular instruments. Vertical and horizontal analyses, ratio indicators, concretely indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity and indebtedness, balance rulers, net worth capital, Altman index, Index IN05, indicator EVA and comparison intercompany was used in this thesis. All recognized values always have verbal commentary. All results and situation of the company are summarized in the end of this thesis.

The banchelor thesis evaluates the financial health of the company and bases its statement on the outputs of the financial analysis. Considering the size and power of the company, it is very interesting to observe the influence of certain changes in the company. However, it could be said, that the company, considering the possibilities which it has thanks to its power, is unlikely to get into financial problems. Financial health of the comapny is firm.
