Phishing Detection Using Deep Learning Attention Techniques

In the modern world, electronic communication is defined as the most used technologyfor exchanging messages between users. The growing popularity of emails brings about considerablesecurity risks and transforms them into an universal tool for spreading phishing content. Even thoughtraditional techniques achieve high accuracy during spam filtering, they do not often catch up to therapid growth and evolution of spam techniques. These approaches are affected by overfitting issues,may converge into a poor local minimum, are inefficient in high-dimensional data processing andhave long-term maintainability problems. The main contribution of this paper is to develop and trainadvanced deep networks which use attention mechanisms for efficient phishing filtering and text understanding.Key aspects of the study lie in a detailed comparison of attention based machine learningmethods, their specifics and accuracy during the application to the phishing problem. From a practicalpoint of view, the paper is focused on email data corpus preprocessing. Deep learning attention basedmodels, for instance the BERT and the XLNet, have been successfully implemented and comparedusing statistical metrics. Obtained results show indisputable advantages of deep attention techniquescompared to the common approaches.

Multilingual Open-Domain Question Answering

Táto práca sa zaoberá automatickým viacjazyčným zodpovedaním na otázky v otvorenej doméne. V tejto práci sú navrhnuté prístupy k tejto málo prebádanej doméne. Konkrétne skúma, či: (i) použitie prekladu z angličtiny je dostačujúce, (ii) multilinguálne systémy vedia využiť preklad otázky do iných jazykov (iii) alebo je výhodnejšie nepoužívať žiaden preklad. Porovnávam použitie anglického systému založeného na modeli T5, ktorý využíva strojový preklad s natívne viacjazyčnými systémami založenými na viacjazyčnom modeli MT5. Anglický systém so strojovým prekladom mierne prekonáva svoje jednojazyčné náprotivky vo viacerých úlohách. Napriek tomu, že tento model bol natrénovaný na väčšom množstve dát zlepšenie nie je dostatočne signifikantné. To ukazuje, že použitie natívne viacjazyčných systémov je sľubným prístupom pre budúci výskum. Tiež prezentujem metódu získavania dokumentov v rôznych jazykoch pomocou algoritmu BM25 a porovnávam ju s anglickým retrievalom. Používanie viacjazyčných dôkazov sa javí ako prospešné a zlepšuje výkonnosť systému systémov.

Classification of Relations between Named Entities in Text

This master thesis deals with the extraction of relationships between named entities in the text. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of natural language representation for machine processing is discussed. Subsequently, two partial tasks of relationship extraction are defined, namely named entities recognition and classification of relationships between them, including a summary of state-of-the-art solutions. In the practical part of the thesis, system for automatic extraction of relationships between named entities from downloaded pages is designed. The classification of relationships between entities is based on the pre-trained transformers. In this thesis, four pre-trained transformers are compared, namely BERT, XLNet, RoBERTa and ALBERT.

Commented translation of a text on science and technology

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přeložení odborného textu se zaměřením na transformátory a jeho následná analýza, jak stylistiky, tak jazykových prostředků, které byly v textu použity. Celková práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, z nichž první se soustřeďuje na správný překlad a celkovou přípravu podkladů pro následnou analýzu, která je předmětem druhé části práce. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na správnou analýzu textu a vyobrazených jazykových prostředků, které byly v textu použity a jejich následné zformulování do srozumitelného komentáře.

Workplace for final testing of electronic transformers

This article describes a complex suggestion for automatic tester machine for final testing of electronic transformers. There is also described universal device for measuring all types of transformers which are produced by ABB company. The main parameters of testing process are price, speed of measuring and high-quality measuring. The suggestion of the machine is optimized according to those parameters.
