Master‘s thesis is focused on the possibility of financing a company through entering the alternative market of the Prague Stock Exchange Ltd. The alternative market of the Prague Stock Exchange is the START Market, which is suitable for smaller and innovative czech companies. This is about an unregulated market, which means that the conditions of admission conditions and trading rules are set by the stock exchange. The thesis defines the basic starting points, which are connected with the capital market, the market organizer and the initial public offering of stocks (IPO).

Utilization of Financial Analysis as a Tool for Investment Decisions

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze intently selected financial indicators of joint-stock companies operating in a beverage industry that are listed on the US stock market. The first part of the thesis elaborates theoretical concepts related to shares, investments, specific methods of a financial analysis and the American stock market. In the practical part an analysis of the ratio indicators will be conducted, followed by a credit and bankruptcy model and concluded with a comparison of the results. Lastly, recommendations for investments into certain companies will be provided.

Investment Portfolio and its Creation

The thesis on the topic "Investment portfolio and its creation" will focus on how retail investors could approach investing. It will be based on a description of the principles of value investing and the strategies of several successful value investors who use investment strategies based on these principles. In the analytical part of the thesis, individual stock screening criteria will first be established on the based of which one stock will be further selected to perform the fundamental analysis. The last part of the thesis will summarize the whole process of stock selection for the portfolio of retail investors and at the same time an investment decision will be made regarding the analyzed stock.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of stock market trading from a starting trader (businessman) point of view. There is a therotical description of the issue in the fisrt part of the work. Several AOS strategies together with business software are tested in the practical part. After adaptation, some of the strategies showed profit.The contribution of the practical part is the possibility to put the profit making strategies into practice. It also makes it easier to choose business software and other tools.

Fundamental Share Analysis of Selected European Airlines

The objective of this thesis is to propose an investment recommendation in shares of selected airlines based on fundamental analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of investing. To select the best company there was used several intercompany comparison methods, which are based on assessment indicators. The result is an investment recommendation in the form of determining the order of profitability of individual companies.
