Analysis of changes of households expenditures in CR

The Diploma Thesis is focused on changes in household spending in the Czech Republic.The aim was to analyze the changes in the average spending in individual household types. In the introductory part, the method of data collection by the Czech Statistical Office, which collects the data from the households in the framework of the family accounts statistics, is described. Moreover, the inflation questions are explained here, together with the description of models of consumption ways. The introduction of the Thesis also includes the explanation of options of a non-consumer spending in the form of both investments and various types of savings. The practical part comprises analyses monitoring changes in the spending structure, in the spending extent, and in the development of the expense entry value. The analysis of the changes in the spending structure concerns all categories of households, classified according to the person acting as the head of household, in the years 2006-2014. These changes are evaluated not only from the point of view of their extent and development trends, but they are also evaluated in comparison with other monitored households. The detailed analysis monitoring the spending extent and the development of individual expense entries studies the average household and the household of employees in the years 2000-2014, with a subsequent prediction for years 2015 and 2016. For the households of self-employers, unemployed persons and pensioners (without economically active members), the analysis covers the changes in the spending extent in the years 2006-2014 and includes also the comparison of such changes in terms of the mentioned household types.
Tax burden on the basic types of income in the Czech Republic

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the historical evolution of the tax burden on the basic types of incomes in the Czech Republic between years 1989 -- 2010, in two specific households (households of employees and self-employed households). The theoretical part defines the term of tax reform and describes particular reforms of the personal income tax in the Czech Republic since the year 1989. The future trend in this field is also outlined. The practical part aims to the tax burden evolution analysis for selected types of households. The principal data source for this thesis is from the Household budget survey.
Consumer Behaviour

The thesis focuses on investigating and searching for differences between consumer behavior of Czech and Slovak households depending on chosen socioeconomic factors. For the purpose of this thesis source materials are taken mainly from researches realized by Czech and Slovak Statistical Office, specifically from survey sampling Household Budget Study 2009. Data are analyzed through the use of comprehensive characteristics of location, variability and box diagrams. Generalized linear models are used for modeling dependence of consumer behavior on chosen quantitative and qualitative factors. Household consumer behavior is expressed through economic index - propensity to consume - which is determined by the share of total monthly income and expenditures.

Informace ze statistiky rodinných účtů a jejich pozice v současném výzkumu trhu

Tato práce poskytuje ucelené informace o procesu tvorby statistiky rodinných účtů v České republice. V teoretické části je zaměřena na charakteristiku marketingového výzkumu trhu a jeho pozici v marketingovém informačním systému. V následující části je detailně popsán proces vzniku statistiky rodinných účtů, výběrem zpravodajského souboru počínaje, přes zjišťování a zaznamenávání údajů, zpracováním výsledků konče. Jsou zde také zmíněny klady a zápory statistiky rodinných účtů. Je zde také nastíněn problém panelového efektu a možné způsoby jeho odstranění. Závěrečná část je věnována využití statistiky rodinných účtu pro státní a následně podnikové účely.
