The second part includes the choice of basic technical parameters, necessary calculations and structural solution. 3D model of lathe made in SolidWorks 2012 Premium, assembly drawing and parts list are included.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a drilling machine. The first part consists of a research in the field of drilling machines from the point of view of their construction. It also includes a research of machine-tools spindles and their structural parts. The second part focuses on the design of the spindle according to the selected parameters, including the necessary calculations. The thesis includes spindle assembly drawing and 3D model created with Autodesk Inventor 2012 software.
