Proposal of the Company's Financial Plan

This master’s thesis deals about topic of financial planning of the company. At first there are defined theoretical ways out of financial planning. The next part analyses contemporary state of the company. Subsequently there is worked out the financial plan for the years 2012-2014 in in realistic, optimistic and pessimistic variant. The end of the thesis forms evaluation of created financial plans.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

This master’s thesis deals with evaluation of a financial situation of the company Slovácké strojírny, Etc. The goal of this thesis is to analyze current financial situation of the company and formulate suggestions for its improvement. First part of the work summarizes theoretical findings, based on them the practical part will be worked out. The company Slovácké strojírny, Etc. is introduced in the second part of the work. The third part of the work deals with calculation of financial ratios based on theoretical findings. The output of this work is a set of recommendations for improvement of company’s economical situation.
