This bachelor's thesis focuses on measuring and evaluating the performance of ABC, Ltd. for the period 2017-2021. The work consists of three parts. The first part describe theoretical basis of financial analysis. The second part of the work is focused on applying financial analysis to a specific company and evaluating the results. The last part introduce proposals for improving the financial health of the company is presented, which are based on the shortcomings identified during the financial analysis.

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of Slovarm a.s. for the period 2016-2020 using financial analysis tools. The work consists of three parts. The first part describes the theoretical concepts, individual methods of financial analysis, which are then used in the work. The second part is a practical part, where the individual indicators are used and with which the financial analysis of the company is performed. The last and third part of the work is focused on proposals that could improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor’s thesis focus is set on performance evaluation of company Stavivo IBV s.r.o. in years 2018 until 2020, using the method of benchmarking. The first part focuses on theoretical resources needed for thesis, specifically it is basic terms and selected indicators. The second part’s intent is on introducing the main company and secondary companies, as well as elaboration of financial analysis, its indicators and comparing them using the benchmarking method. The last part focuses on my personal proposals to improve the main’s company standing on its market segment.

The bachelor thesis is focused on measuring and evaluating the performance of BARZZUZ s.r.o. compared to selected competitors in the same industry. The work consists of the following parts. The first part is focused on theoretical background, where I describe the various methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison. Followed by the practical part, where I apply the procedures from the theoretical part to specific companies. In the last part I will evaluate the given situations and compare them with the main company, with the help of the results I will suggest solutions and procedures that could improve the activities of the company.

The master‘s thesis is focused on designing the financial plan in the company Partners Group Sk, which one is focused on providing financial consulting services. The work is divided into the three chapters. The first chapter contains the theoretical basis of strategic and financial analysis and financial planning. The second chapter is dedicated to the practical part, by performing strategic and financial analysis. Subsequently, the third chapter deals with the whole process of compiling a financial plan for the period 2022-2025.

The bachelor thesis will deal with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company KAPAMAT AG – ambiente design, Ltd. for the previous period 2015 – 2019. Various methods and indicators of the financial analysis will be used to assess the financial health of the corporation. The theoretical part will define a basic concepts and a theoretical background, which will be used later in the elaboration of the financial analysis in the analytical part. The last part will include recommended possible solutions, thanks to which the economic situation of the company would be improved.

Analytical part is an introduction of sampled company and subsequent analysis by selected indicators, through which we can see real situation in the company. The result of the issue is an evaluation and following proposals for improving the situation identified in company.

The company is located in Poprad and was established by Všeobecná úverová banka, a.s. in 2005. Both of them belongs to the major international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo. The purpose of establishing was streamlining holding´s administration of 5 stock´s company – Quatro, a.s., TatraCredit, a.s., QuatroCar, a.s., Slovenská požičovňa, a.s., Slovenské kreditné karty, a.s., which VÚB bank bought from three existing shareholders.

This Master's thesis is focused on the analysis of the trading company Water Element ltd. The aim of my thesis is to analyze this company and propose appropriate solution for improving company's market situation and company's efficiency. Analysis used in this thesis are internal and external environment analysis, SLEPTE analysis, fundamental and financial analysis, Porter's model and finally SWOT analysis. Thesis begins with theoretical section, where the applied analysis are described. This section is followed by practical part and the thesis results are proposals to improve the overall situation of trading company Water Element ltd.
