The development of artistic creativity of children and the possibility of applying art plays in the free time pedagogy (aimed at pre-school age)

The work deals with the creativity of preschool children, using art plays in the education of free time. The theoretical part focuses on creativity, its elements and levels. It describes the creative process and the factors influencing creativity. It looks at why it is important to develop creativity, what are the methods and the development of creativity. Characterizes the development of creativity of children, and what enhances their creative thinking and perception. Furthermore, it defines art education, children's creative expression and the subject of children's drawings. It talks about an artist and educator leadership of art activities. It characterizes the game and its importance, creative play and its use. Describes leisure, basic human activity in leisure time and mention the artistic hobbies of children. It focuses on pre-school age children, their physical development, development of basic abilities and skills, socialization, and of course the game. The practical part is focused on creative art activities for children of preschool age and the use of art games. The project was carried out with children in the parental center, and its theme was the sea. The development of creativity of hig school students during a summer camp

This work is monitored from a professional point of view the area of creativity and its development on students during a summer camp. The theoretical part deals with the problems of creativity, its development and leisure activities. Research section includes a comprehensive weekly program that uses various methods to develop creativity, applied on the high school students during the summer camp activities. The aim of this study was to compare the methods used in terms of their impact on human development, teamwork, communication, creativity and degree of its development. This research showed, that the development of creativity in the teamwork brings a lot of advantages. Especially the level of cooperation, inspiration and humour, that is lived in the group together. In this research is showed that different methods for the development of creativity are developing the components of creativity in different degrees.
Possibilities of employees creativity development in selected organization

This diploma thesis deals with the creativity and the options of its development. Creativity is part of everyday human life. The prosperity of any business organization depends on its innovative capabilities. The main source of innovation are company employees, especially those who raise most the creative potential of the company. A partial goal of this work is to theoretically describe the topic of creativity and its importance for business organization. Theoretical pieces of knowledge in area of creativity are followed by their practical application in concrete organization. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the creative environment of the selected company. This company is a market leader in dairy products in the Czech Republic. Necessary informations to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company in the area of creativity were obtained by the method of interview and questionnaire On the basis of received informations are suggested personal recommendations to the company.
The Developement of Art Creativity through Project Method

The thesis deals with general creativity and creativity development of adolescent children by the means of project method. Theoretical part describes creativity as a term, its factors and levels. It further characterizes these terms: creative activity, creation, creative thinking, brainware, and creative experience. Further it analyses creativity importance for an individual person and society as a whole. It also characterises creative type of personality, describes pedagogical creativity and offers ways and means of creativity support. Next part draws up creative thinking development possibilities and development possibilities of qualities important for creative personality development. Next chapter pursues project method character. It describes case-history, then it targets the project-problem relation, highlights project education effects and basic principles. It focuses on phases of the project process and project pattern overview. In following chapters school subject art education, its characteristic, its main goals, and art education pedagogy methods and forms are described. Artistic expression development and crises of artistic expression are described, too. The thesis further concerns leisure time, extracurricular education and its institutions, relations of leisure time, lifestyle and focus on social values. Last chapter considers adolescence. Practical part contains description of an art project, which is divided into several creative activities. This part is focused particularly on spontaneous expression of a group supporting.
Development of Creativity through experiences at the Children in the summer camp - project on the base of The Seventh Tower

The work is divided into two parts - teoretical and practical part. Teoretical one defines and describes terms creativity, children at the age of 7-15 years, motivation, game, experiences education and specifics of the summer camp. This part makes the scient base for the practical part. Second part of work - practical one - is the project presents the game for whole summer camp. The story is based on the novel by Garth Nix The Seventh Tower. With the experiences education creates the complex of activities which is interconnected.

Developement to Art Activity of Children of Younger School Age in the Pedagogy of Leisure Time

The thesis is focused on development of creativity in younger school-age children within the scope of leisure time education. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes various terms relating to creativity, various views of creativity, creativity barriers and their overcoming, and the relationship between a family and a creative child. The practical part of the thesis is focused on elaboration and implementation of a project creating the syllabi of sample lessons for younger school-age children. Following the idea of a multi-stage structure of work with children in consecutive cycles, the project is implemented in five consecutive steps allowing utilization of all opportunities offered by the particular facility and gradation of the emphasis on advancement in creative activities of children.
The Conception of Teaching Play the Floot in free time centres

This disseartation deals with the conception of teaching play the floot in free time centers. It is specialised on music in the leisure time field and its farther using in life. The dissertation describes music in particular fields of the educational process. It is mentioned here the mission of primary art schools, the mission of kindergardens and the role of leisure time institutions for children in the teaching play the floot. The first part of the dissertation is concentrated on the meaning and influence of music on children. The chapters chart the conception music, the emotional reaction of child on music and musical climate in family. The second part of the dissertation deals with enumeration of particular musical activities. The last part of the dissertation concentrates on the Yamaha musical school and the examples of musical-moving activities.
The Devolopement of Art Creativity in Younger-school-age Children in Pedagogy of Free Time in Respect to Interdisciplinary Interferences (Literature)

This work is focused on creativity at kids of younger school age and possibilities of creative abilities developement. Theoretical part is defining creativity, it´s kinds, factors and levels. Describes creative process and product, barriers of creativity, is engaged in possible developement and talks about importance of teachers´s creativity. Defines kids creativity development, and talks about artistic aptitude and possible connection between inteligence and kreativity. Also describes younger school aged kids specifics, artisitic creativity, goals and assigments of artistic education, specialities in kids artistic work. Describes free time, free time facilities and focuses on special-interest artistic work. Practical part is more focused on artistic work at younger school aged kids and creative artistic work with kids. This was done with kids at after school facility for younger school aged kids. Subjects were personal characteristics, behavior, interpersonal relationship, lesson from own acts and acts of the others. Motivated by La Fontaine´s Bajka.

Art project is the second {--} practical part with introduction and explaining of the structure. Art project is inspired by fairy tale The Little Prince and contains prosocial topics and creative activities of many art spheres.
