Evaluation of the status and changes the availability of the primary health care of Czechia in GIS

This work is focused on evaluation the status and changes in the availability of primary health care in the Czech Republic. Primary health care in this case is divided into four groups according to specialty and surveyed the availability of the population from the whole republic to these doctors and at the same time the validity of the law which sets the availability of primary health care within 35 minutes. In the first part, individual theoretical parts, which are related to the topic and content of the work, are analysed. The next section describes the collection of used data. Another methodical part deals with data editing and processing. The last part contains the results and the evaluation which are illustrated in graphs as well as described. The graphical output is composed of maps (attachment) that show the local availability of the population to primary health care. The results provide not only the current state of primary health care, but also some estimates, how local availability can evolve over the coming years. Evaluation of accessibility of the health care of Czechia on the example of cardiology

This thesis deals with evaluation of time accessibility by individual car transport. Due to government regulations the time to access the cardiology ambulant care has to be 60 minutes. The first part of thesis pursues on graph theory, especially in context of network analysis and also accessibility and its technical aspect. Second part deals with data editing and solves average speeds on Czech roads, which is based on professional literature and on own research and testing. In a practical part, there is a described process of creating the Network Dataset and creation of Service Area. Output of these tools is set of maps highlighting regions of Czechia, which have lack of access to cardiology ambulant care. There were also highlighted regions, which are threatened by future lack of access to cardiology ambulant care, when doctor who are above 65 years old, will end their work activities. Discussion is focused of relevancy of results and its usability. In conclusion the results are summarized. Key words: Network analysis, accessibility, health care, GIS, road network, average speed

Proposal of common facilities plan in selected area

A land consolidation is the best tool for the return of more qualified environment and values, which were suppressed in the past, or in destroyed. The most suitable is the komplex land consolidation that sloves the territory from o broader viewpoint. The purpose of this thesis is to proposal for one of the komplex land consolidation, namely with a plan od common facilities. The territorial of interes is the village of Ločenice, located in the South Bohemian Region. The meaning of this thesis is to evaluation and characteristic of the cadastral area, in the ambit of anti-erosion measures for the protection of agricultural land resources, measures to make available land, measures for the protection and crestion of the environment and water management measures. The results are processed in text and map form, that were realized by the program Arc Map 10.2.

Projection of common facilities plan for the complex land consolidation

The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a plan of common facilities for complex land adjustments. The territory in question is Horní Slověnice cadastral estates. The theoretical part deals with the description of land modifications, exploration works and the definition of common facilities. Its focus is on arrangements for accessing the estates, for soil protection against erosion, for protection and creation of the environment and water management measures. The practical part characterizes the selected area and offers description of the most important issues within the common facilities in the given locality.

Generalization of Road Network in Topographic Map Abstract The diploma thesis presents automated selection of the elements of path network. The review deals with this term and describes its position in map generalization process; the ways of path thinning apllied in the main Czech cartography institutions are reviewed too. Next part of the thesis describes the data and the tools that are applied in the proposed method. The main part introduces the suggested method of selecting elements of path network which was implemented on the test data. The work deals with issues of road network in comprehensive landscaping, the literature review specifically categorization of field roads, road constructions, the forms of the elements, buildings, drainage, vegetation accompaniment, maintenance, repairs and reconstructions of field roads. Within the selected area of interest includes the history of road network, road network according to the proposal complex of land adjustment and evaluation of its realization.

Processing of common facilities plan in the complex land consolidation in selected area

The subject of this thesis is to elaborate plan of common facilities in the complex land adjustment in the selected location. The plan of common facilities includes a set of measures which are designed to create the conditions for rational management, and also ensure the protection of natural resources. Solution site is the village Lhotka. The thesis contains a description and evaluation of the cadastral area, focusing on measures to make available land for erosion control land resources, measures for the creation and protection of the environment and water management measures. The results are contained in text form, as well as graphic, processed through the program ArcGIS.

Textual description of road network development is part of the work together with maps supplement, illustrating contemporary situation. Digital geodatabases are the important output of this work. Analysis of the accessibility of elementary schools in the Czech Republic since 1961 Abstract The aim of this paper is to analyze the development of accessibility to elementary schools in the Czech Republic since 1961 by the personal car transport using network analysis. In addition, the paper also evaluates the development to elementary schools by public transport. The first part summarizes the available literature about those issues. The second part presents the source data and analysis metodology. Most of the analysis is performed by GIS ArcGIS 9.3. The last part presents the analysis results. It was found that the accessibility of complete elementary schools has improved in the period and the accessibility of all elementary schools has deteriorated. This applies to the accessibility by personal car transport and by public transport.
