Collected data are divided into apartments for the 1 + 1 and 1 + 2 + 1 and, 3 +1 . For each group creates a map of rents.

The aim of this work is to identify trends in prices building plots over the years, the price set by the price regulations is determined according to the legislation in force for the years, this legislation is detailed and chronologically sorted in the theoretical part of this thesis. The actual valuation of building plots is carried out since 1939 to the present in the practical part of this work. The award is made over the years to the identical construction site located in the town of Olomouc.

Flat Rents in Opava and Factors that Influence them

Diploma thesis describes current situation on the real estate market in the Statutory City of Opava. It deals with the progress of rental housing and with comparing the amount of current usual rent and also with factors that influence the amount of rent. Market research was conducted in four categories: in category 1 + 1 and 1 + kk, in category 1 + 2 and 2 + kk, in category 3 + 1 and 3 + kk and in category 4 + 1, 4 + kk and larger. Price maps are based on data obtained by research. In these price maps are particular flats graphically divided into groups according to the amount of rent.

A Price Map of Standard Rent of Commercial Spaces in Selected Areas of the City of Brno

The thesis is focused on the creation of price maps commercial real estate lease in the areas of Brno, in selected urban areas. It is divided into two parts: The theoretical section explains the basic concepts related to the thesis, which are: the types of commercial spaces, types of prices in the valuation, introduces us to the situation on the commercial real estate market and the importance of price charts and the methodology to create. The practical part focuses on the formation of price charts, discussed the issue at its orign, the possibility of creating and mapping. The result is a textual and graphical price map, which is the use of the real estate market and facilitates orientation in the prices of renting commercial property types: office, shop and warehouse.

The diploma thesis is a summary describing of the current housing situation in the area of the city Brno. It deals with comparing the normal rent of flats in different localities of the city and consider amendments to the lease in terms of amenities and size of dwelling. The figures are divided into flats for a 1+1, 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk, 4+1, 4+kk. Charting the market and its price in the lease is done both text and graphics.
