Legal position of Liechtenstein in European Economic Area

The thesis defines legal status of Liechtenstein in the European Economic Area. It is divided into three consecutive chapters. The first chapter consists of two parts - general and economic characteristics of Liechtenstein. The general characteristic is based on the author's experience supported by scientific literature, while economic subchapter is based largely on statistical data. The second chapter focuses on the legal status of Liechtenstein and its position on international scene. The position is viewed from two perspectives, which affects it the most. First, from the perspective of participation in selected international organizations and second, the influence of close relationship with Switzerland. The last chapter analyses international litigation to which Liechtenstein is a party. The aim of this thesis is to define the legal relations of Liechtenstein, which forms its position, using the methods of analysis.
Legal Status of Animals in New Civil Code

This thesis deals with the legal status of animals in the new Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. Firstly, thesis briefly describes the history of animals in the legislation. Thereafter, the theoretical part focuses on the individual provisions of the animal in the paragraph wording. Thesis defines the term animal and The categories of animals in new Civil Code. Thesis also focuses on the Restrictions on ownership, An animal without a master, Finding animal for which it is obvious that has the owner, The fruits of the animals, Servitude related with animals and The lessee's right to behave a pet in the apartment. The thesis in detail deals with a very important issue such as Damage caused by animals and Compensation for injury to the animal. Own part of the thesis focuses on the finding and identification of citizens' views on the new legislation. Data are collected via questionnaire. Several hypotheses are defined. Afterwards, the verification of theoretical knowledge in practice and the overall summary of the legislation follow. There are proposed measures to eliminate them from the identified shortcomings in the legislation.
Tax issues for theaters

This bachelor thesis deals with the income tax and VAT for non-profit organizations such as theaters. The introductory chapter presents all possible legal forms of operation for a theater. In this context, the changes introduced by the new Civil Code are also taken into account, effective most likely from 1st January 2014. The next two chapters describe the benefits for non-profit organizations as they relate to the income tax and VAT, but also the complicated administrative procedure that is associated with the determination of their tax liability. The goal of this work is to come up with the ideal legal form in terms of income tax and VAT for operators of commercial and non-profit theaters, while taking into account the size of the theatre institution.

The aim of the this thesis titled ?Regular theatre activities of repertory company with law status civil society? is to find out to what extend is the law status of civil society suitable for running a professional repertory theatre. The contents of this work are the characteristic of law status of civil society, comparison with other law forms that allow running a professional theater, evaluation of experience running theatre companies with law status civil society already have and last but not least also a thought of how the analyzed facts and findings will be affected by the upcoming law 89/2012 Sb., the civil code, which is to come into effect on January the 1st 2014.
