Residential building

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a projektová dokumentace bytového domu v Brně, v městské časti Líšeň. Jedná se o budovu s 4 nadzemními a 1 podzemním podlažím. Celkově budova obsahuje 8 bytů, 2 na každém nadzemním podlaží. Byty na každém podlaží jsou vůči sobě zrcadlově obrácené a dispozičně totožné. Podzemní podlaží je navrhnuto hlavně jako skladovací prostory a sklepní kóje pro bytové jednotky. Konstrukčně je tato budova řešena nosnými stěnami z vápenopískových tvárnic, příčkami ze sádrokartonu a monolitickými stropy. Suterén je navržen z monolitických konstrukcí. Střecha je plochá. Budova je navrhnuta tak, aby funkčně i architektonicky zapadala do dané lokality.
Kindergarten with a Daycare Center

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of the designated functional parts of the project documentation for the realization of the construction. The object serves two different purposes. The first purpose is a two-story kindergarten facility with two classes for 16 children each. This part is made as a wooden structure using a two-by-four-column structure. The roof is designed as a counter made of wooden I-beams. The roofing consists of coating hydro insulation. In addition to kindergarten, the given part of the building will also provide facilities for certified teachers and facilities for kitchen, cleaning and maintenance workers. On the second floor, there is an entrance to the terrace formed by an intensive green roof. This roof also serves as a construction of a flat roof for part of the daycare facility. The daycare centre can accommodate ten people in full operation. This facility also includes a workspace for a certified employee who takes care of the building's clients, as well as facilities for a canteen, cleaning, and maintenance. The facility is designed as a brick building with a separate entrance. Each of the two purposes provides its clients with the possibility of entering the area through a separate entrance with reserved parking spaces. The entrance to both buildings is equipped with barrier-free access. The object will primarily serve the citizens of Horné Dubové but also the citizens of the surrounding municipalities.
Extension and adaptation to apartment building

The concept of bachelors thesis was a modification design of renovation, vertical extension and another building modifications of existing almost unused building in the village Salaš. The building previously served as a public services and is currently out of order. In order to restore the functionality of the building, the municipality, as the owner and investor, decided to use the building for collective housing (apartment building). The proposal addressed the change and adaptation of the internal layout for housing units with a variable layout, and their useful spaces, building modifications, remediation measures of existing structures so that in the coming years the building is fully functional and compliant in terms of parameters and demands that are current standards, imposed, especially in terms of building physics, fire safety, etc.

Construction technology stage of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany

This bachelor thesis solves the building-technological phase of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany. Specifically, it deals with the cladding of the wooden superstructure of the 3rd floor of the primary school building and the additional insulation of the existing floors. The shell of the superstructure is covered with a wooden cladding and filled with mineral wool insulation. Additional insulation is designed as a contact from facade polystyrene boards. The work is elaborated technical report, thermal assessment of cladding, technological procedures at given stage, transport solution including design of the machine assembly and situation, budget stage with report statement, principles of organization of construction including technical report and drawing of construction site, control and test plan, time schedule and safety.

It is a one-storey house with attic and a separate garage, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceiling of the house is made out of fundamentals roof Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. Cottage in Kralický Sněžník

The master’s thesis topic is a project of a low-energy cottage. The cottage is situated in Kralický Sněžník near Jeseník and it is designed for forty customers. The house is designed as a detached house with two floors and with one basement and with a gable roof. A substructure is from a system blockpanel of a concrete and a heat insulations. The structural system of a superstructure is designed from a timber frame and a heat insulations. The indoor shell is formed from a plasterboard. The house shell is covered by heat insulations. The main entrance is located to the south. It leads to a hall with a reception. On the ground floor we can find a restaurant which is situated in the left part of the cottage. On the ground floor we can also find a room for disabled people and in the north-eastern corner are situated WC for people. The first floor is reachable via stairs from the entry hall. Upstairs there are seven rooms and four bathrooms with toilets. Two rooms of them have a ensuite bathroom. All of the rooms are enterable from the hall. Five of them have a window to the south side and other two rooms have a window to the north side. In the basement there is an utility room a boiler room a laundry a workshop and stocks.
Multifunctional house in Bratislava district Podunajské Biskupice

Master thesis contains project documentation of low-energy multifunctional house with a full basement, three floors and finished with a flat roof. It is a detached house situated in a residential building area in capital city of Slovakia - Bratislava, district Podunajské Biskupice. The basement walls and columns are made of reinforced concrete. The basement is used as a garage with twenty-two parking spaces for flats owners and there is also placed a workshop room. Above-ground floors are designed as a reinforced concrete frame filled circumferentially with light-weight concrete blocks. Exterior cladding is covered by heat insulation. The interior vertical, non-load-bearing walls are made of plasterboard. On the ground floor are two shops and a restaurant with a terrace. There are eleven flats on the other two floors. On the second floor are seven double-bedroom flats with an open plan kitchen lounge area, four of them have a balcony. On the third floor are four flats with a terrace, three of them are two double bedroom flats with an open plan kitchen lounge area, and the fourth one is a one double bedroom flat with open plan kitchen lounge area. The entrance for shops and main entrance for flats are on the north-west side. The entrance for the restaurant is on the north-east side.
Reconstruction of Restaurant with Housing Facilities Extension

Diploma thesis "Reconstruction of Restaurant with Housing Facilities Extension" is processed in the form of project documentation for building construction according to the applicable regulations (Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Zoning and Building Regulations, including subsequent amendments). The project deals with the reconstruction of the existing restaurant building in the village Lísek, No. 89. The building is located on plot No. 49 in the cadastral Lhota u Lisku. Floor plan of the existing building is in rectangular shape with almost the unused basement and a deck above. The 1st underground floor is currently used only technical room and garage. In the 1st floor there is the sales area of restaurant, large kitchen and rooms for staff. Existing structures do not show signs of major damage. Reconstruction is not due to the technical condition of the building, but due to operationally unsatisfactory disposition and investor requiring to create an accommodation capacity. The requirement was to build new rooms to accommodate 24 persons. The supporting structural system of the 2nd floor is designed of ceramic bricks and 3rd floor due to the resistance of existing constructions is newly designed as wooden sandwich. The window openings are fitted with a six-chamber windows with triple insulation. Horizontally extension of the existing building corresponds to the current object. The roof of the building is gabled with dormers lighting the rooms in the 3rd floor. The building is designed so that even after the reconstruction match an existing installation. Part of building construction works is also landscaping. Due to the partial change in purpose of the building was necessary to design a suitable parking space with adequate capacity.
